Perhaps the best tea shop and tea place in Athens...literally 2 minutes from the property (on foot). Highly recommended

Tsakalof street boasts many cafes which turn into trendy bars in the evening. A MUST to visit in Kolonaki in AThens. Places I recommend are Da Capo, T5, Ruins, Minnie the Moocher and all the rest around them. If you want to grab a great sandwich go to Everest at the top of Tsakalof street and corner with Iraklitou street. Also good skewers (souvlaki) are served at COPANA street food restaurant

This Arcade (Stoa Spirou Miliou) is a gem with restaurants and cafes (City Link, Pasaji etc). It also hosts the Holmes Place Gym.
