Well, this is a great place to eat and get coffee during the day. On Thursday nights though - they have an open mic night which is really fantastic. Come sing or share a poem! You'll see the uniqueness of the locals here.

This is where you can find any Joshua Tree souvenir you need - stickers, shirts, books, etc. They also have some hiking gear, and then also toys, and rocks, and gadgets... I love the randomness of their selection.

Getting Around
There's a bus that will take you into the park that leaves from here. For the busier season this is really a big plus - some of the best spots in the park can get so many visitors that there are no more parking spots in the lot.
