Buy a bottle of wine at Waterfront Wine and Spirits (explain what you are looking for and they will guide you to something in your price point), and bring some cheese and bread (maybe from Garden of Eden up Montague). Grab a seat on one of the grassy areas or search for a table near the northern entrance to the park for a beautiful picnic.
Alternatively, go for a run, and end with sprints along the soccer field at the southern end of the park.
