Lovely food.. great wine and great service. Not the cheapest place to eat but not massively expensive either. Advise to book in advance.

Fabulous food and beautiful setting, not the cheapest but definitely worth it. Lovely to be able to sit out on the terrace when the weather is good.

Tehidy Woods
Park your car in the car park opposite the boating lake. Last time we went the car park was still free! Pick up the path that follows the river, travel through the Penrose estate. Before you overlook Loe beach there is a welcome cafe where you can stop for a drink. Carry on the path and it will take you all the way to Porthleven along the cliffs. Once in Porthleven there are shops, cafes, harbourside restaurants and pubs. If you don't want to walk back, then pick up the bus from the village central bus stop and it will take you back to the boating lake, buses normally run every hour.
