Great day with the family and friends - bicycle around the salt pans, visit the museum and learn about how they produce salt. You can also visit Lepa Vida Thalasso Spa and receive a treatment in their outdoor spa facility. The spa is only open during good weather.

You can hike around the lake as well as rent a boat and paddle out to the island in the middle of the lake. There is also Bled Castle you can visit. Wonderful day with family and friends.

An old Venetian fishing village, Piran is a charming place with cobble stone streets. The 12th Century old St. George Church was beautifully restored and has wonderful views overlooking the Adriatic.

Beautiful old city built around the Ljubljanica River, it has wonderful shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The 12th century castle overlooks the town and is a lovely walk up to the castle any time of the day.

About a 40 minute drive over the border, this quaint old town sits on a hilltop overlooking the valleys and vineyards. There are wonderful art galleries and shops. Nearby are the towns of Motovun and Momjan, along with great restaurants and wineries.
