This apple Orchard and cider house is five minutes walk from us and is well worth a visit. You can pick apples or sit for a free hard cider tasting before eating their amazing pizzas. Sadly closed during winter, we wish it was open year round!

Lake Minnewaska sits at the top of the mountain and is a stunning and fun hike. Also there is the Awosting waterfall which especially after a rain storm is super impressive.

Historic Huguenot street has an information center and museum store and regularly has events that celebrate the old history of New Paltz. Many original houses remain from the 1600s. Worth a walk around.
