It's a bustling, fun pizzeria, very popular so get there early. All along this block and the next one as you walk away from the beach are a bunch of eateries and bars so you're set!

Granville Island, a 20 minute walk from the suite, is just amazing. One of the top attractions in all of Canada, it's also extremely well used by locals. Food is the big thing- go to the market but also the restaurants - Edible Canada and Dockside amongst others. Then explore everything else- brewery, sake maker, endless art galleries and theatres and Kids Market,

Less known than Stanley Park but a lovely huge park in the centre of the residential city. Borders on the University of BC if you're out there, maybe taking in the Museum of Anthropology

Kitsilano beach is 5 minutes away by foot but there are other great beaches too. Hop a bike and check out Jericho Beach, the very urban English Bay beach and the 'far removed' Third Beach

The Vancouver Seawall (or Seaside Greenway) is an amazing walking/cycling path that goes for 28 km around Stanley Park, False Creek and onto some of Vancouver's best beaches heading west toward UBC. This is best experienced by bike to get around big pieces or all of it.

A wonderful place to pause in the heart of Vancouver and take in the liveliness of downtown. Then head west on Robson Street toward Stanley Park and check out the main "passegiata" street in town.

Well, you're staying in Kitsilano but urge you to get out and explore. Close by, 4th Ave between Cypress St and Balsam St is packed with shops, eateries and drink places. But check out Broadway between Macdonald and Trutch or even further west for more of this unique neighbourhood
