It's a quick car ride away and always has something fun going on including an awesome Art Walk the last Saturday of each month with a great selection of reasonably priced local artists. You can find anything from art to soap to jewelry and clothes. It's definitely a must-do if you're here while it's happening.
Revolution is a great concert venue in walking distance from us.

On the first Sunday of each month, there's Jazz in the Park at this beautiful park on the water just on the other side of the bridge from us. Even though it's called "Jazz in the Park," the genres differ with multiple stages guaranteeing something for everyone. There are also local vendors selling art, soaps, jewelry, accessories, honey, etc. In the same area, there's the local history museum if you're a history buff and want to know more about Ft. Lauderdale as a city. It's a kid and pet friendly event so if you're interested, just let us know! We have park blankets and/or chairs you can take with you to really partake like a local!

This place has a very laid back but fun atmosphere. This is where the locals go to hang out, night or day! The DJs are always great and they usually have great food trucks. This is my favorite spot to have a few cocktails with friends.

This little coffee shop in walking distance but if you're interested in doctoring up your own cup, it's not the place. They consider themselves "coffee purists" so you will not see milk, cream or sugar to add yourself. It's their way or the highway.

This place is brand new! There's construction all around it but inside it feels like a little oasis. It has a carnival theme during the day, very kid friendly, but after 6pm it turns into a nightclub right on the intercoastal.

They have a great margarita menu! No syrups, all freshly grown ingredients. Their nachos are monstrous and delicious and so are their tacos over on Las Olas.
