A proposta, apresenta-se em três menus de degustação ( A História, O Conto e Ecos do 100), propõe uma cozinha de autor com constantes referências às suas origens, embora também sejam visíveis influências portuguesas e de outras latitudes. Curiosidades? As entradas e sobremesas mais tradicionais... costuma elaborá-los com a sua mãe!
