It's right opposite beautiful Queens Park, and it has a lovely ambience. It's a 5-minute drive from Fairlane Lodge, and offers great service and good coffee :)

If you like to eat in a tranquil setting with birds and trees all around, this garden nursery/restaurant is a great place to do that. Food's good, coffee and cake specials are pretty good, and the ambience is very special.

This is a historic train station, with beautifully-kept gardens and a nice little cafe. Great place for a picnic, and a good spot for photography.

it's a small shopping area, very handy to Fairlane Lodge. There is a fabulous Lifeline shop there which runs the best second-hand bookstore ever! Woolworths will cover all your groceries. There is a nice pharmacy, a small cafe and a couple of food places too....
