Small village in the heart of the Crete Senesi. We suggest you to drive from Taverne d'Arbia to Asciano and then south to Bagno Vignoni. This is the most beautiful drive in Tuscany.

The closest bus stop to the villa LE FORNACI, about 70 mt from our door.
Please check on Big G the following rides:
From LE FORNACI SIENA to PORTA OVILE
Bus number OS2 and 114 will bring you there every 30 minutes in 17 m
Bus number 111, 112, 114 will deliver you to Siena Ferrovia in about 30 minutes.
From there, a 3 min ride bus will bring you to Siena Ferrovia, or you may just walk to Fortezza Medicea to get the SITA Bus to Florence.

I suggest you to call them from one of the large street with cars, outside the pedestrian area, such as PORTA OVILE or VIALE CURTATONE.
The taxi ride to the villa will not be very expensive as the driving time is very short.
