I am seriously not a fan of the food but I do love sitting in the bar and having drinks with friends. Beautiful setting.

American Style grocery store with a Pharmacy. Fresh produce generally arrives once per week via boat. During season you can find local avocadoes, mangos, plantains and more. You can also get locally made bread, johnny cakes, rolls, cakes and pie slices, cookies and more. I love Marilyn's bread but they are truly all great. The stock of course cater to Bahamian tastes so may not have everything you are accustomed to from your home country. Prices are higher than normal but as it is an Island that is to be expected. Closed on Sunday. Not open at night so plan accordingly.

Don't overpack!!!
Spanish Wells is a very casual island so bring your most comfortable bathing suits, clothes and shoes. I highly suggest you bring water shoes for the entire family for exploring. We supply many toiletries, beach towels, bath towels, hair dryers and so much more, so leave those out of the suitcase. Please try to pack only natural sunscreens that will help us protect our underwater eco-systems. We offer some snorkeling equipment, sand toys and limited sizes of water shoes. As we have a great washer and dryer you can wash while you are here to help lighten your load.
