Note: on weekend you can park free at the office building across the street, it's not obvious - look for specific signs. The office building parking lot (huge) is totally legal to park on weekends and displays the rules - free.

Overall, I recommend urban as the best nearby non-Starbucks espresso cafe. It has a great outdoor and indoor seating area. It is also across the street from a large Starbucks :)

The Hanger offers great coffee and a relaxing place to sit, it's next to Stroup brewing company also and a fun water feature for kids. There is a weekly Farmer's Market in the summer.
