The first time using AirBnB and we were happy about Val. The nights by Valerie were pretty cool. She is a friendly and helpful person and she helped us by some organizing things. The Apartment was tidy and you got everything you need. In addition she bought some fruits and made a very good breakfast for us! If you have a question, ask Val, she always gives you a helpful answer. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The short walk (2mins) to the train station is pretty good. If we will be back in Perth, we want to come back to Val! :)
I had a wonderful time at Val's home. She went above what I expected from my first time using Airbnb. Val is a very clean and a respectful person who myself and eight year old son had the pleasure of spending New Years with. The value was great for the price and the neighbours were all very friendly as well. If I need to stay at place in Perth again I would use Val.
Apart from a little problem with the wrong address showed on the website, everything else was really good. Val was here to welcome us and give us a key for the front door. The room (a master bedroom with en suite) was spotless, with air conditioner and a real bed. The cooked breakfast was a perfect start to the day and gave us a chance to chat with Val, an interesting person with an interesting background. The house is situated near Hog's Breath Cafe and other shops and not far from the Mindarie Marina where you have a good choice of restaurants including Shikara (Indian restaurant). Real good value for money and good central location.

We had a wonderful stay in this home when my family (husband, 23 month old , 4 week old baby) & I first relocated to Perth. We spent 4 weeks here & it truly felt like home. It has character & warmth and is close to the train, shops & lovely parks. The outdoor pergola area was a lovely place to spend the afternoons when the sea breeze blew in. The house is equipped with everything you could need & we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a base not far from the CBD. Host Pippa & caretaker Kerry were both so lovely to deal with from the initial booking right through to check out. We had to stay on a little longer than first expected until we found a permanent home in Perth and they were both very helpful & flexible regarding this. Thank you for having us! :)
Our stay at Heritage home was magic! Our 5 year old daughter told us that this is the best little home in the world! From the first moment we fell in love with Heritage home. The interior is beautiful and the home is very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very good. We were close to the train station with a short train ride to Perth city. The garden is also beautiful with a lemon tree and olive trees. Pippa and Kerry were extremely helpful and friendly. We were sad to leave. We strongly recommend Heritage Home!
We had a lovely time in this beautiful old house, very homely with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Great outdoor area and big rooms that made staying with the family very comfortable. The neighbourhood was fun to explore with great little shops a close walk down the road and also close to the train station, making it easy to head to the city and Freo.
This was one of the most charming places we've ever stayed at. Spacious and lovingly renovated, with lots of character, well maintained and clean. The house is well equipped for short and long stays, we felt comfortable and (EMAIL HIDDEN)munication with Pippa was very pleasant and she was available to answer any questions.

This was really good value with private bathroom, lounge and bedroom with a small kitchenette. Keith kindly let us use his kitchen when we needed it. Keith and his wife were extremely hospitable but also gave us privacy. The linen was luxurious and there were lovely restaurants nearby. My husband really enjoyed body surfing at the beach just 5 minutes away via car.

Beautiful townhouse, spotlessly clean, immaculate bright décor - it has all just been completely redone. Anja was an so welcoming and even provided gifts, fruit and food in the fridge for my overseas family that arrives, they were delighted with the location, the modern immaculate décor, the stunning views and the fantastic aircon at Christmas time. Anja was extremely accommodating with booking out etc and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, great value and location.
We had an amazing time staying at Anja's house. Absolutely everything was thought of and the place was perfect! We will absolutely be staying here again when we travel to see our family, and would recommend to everyone!
Had a lovely and relaxing break in this cosy house in October. Newly-renovated with modern chic--so it was as much fun to stay indoors as to visit the rest of Perth. Living room and kitchen counter overlooks at lush green golf course, which makes for amazing breakfast scenery and a great place to read and let the scenery soak in. And we say a couple of Kangaroos and pink galas out there on morning! 5 minutes from Joondalup Lakeside Mall which kept us fed (Coles!) and had a mix of shops you would probably need a week to finish. All in a all, a great property, a warm and friendly welcome from Anja to help up settle down, and close to shops and the Mitchell Freeway for direct ride into Perth. Highly recommended! Would come back again :)
The townhouse was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect and it was lovely waking up to a beautiful golf course each morning! Anja was the perfect host! She met us at the home to give us a tour, and also left us some yummy goodies for our stay! Everything was taken care of and immaculate! Will definitely be back!

This is an incredible listing. Host met us at location - went through all the little bits that make a stay important, like central air con, wifi and remote control. We had food left for us after our long drive from Kalgoorlie. Rooms were light and airy. Every design detail had been taken care of. This is a relaxing, well thought out space. I want to live there!
Fantastic host!! Host was there to meet us and showed us around, she even provided us with a welcome pack which includes food that she bought in the morning!! The place looks even better than what is shown in the pictures. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. We definitely love this place and will want to stay in it again!!
Wir haben traumhafte 10 Tage in Perth verlebt und uns in dieser Zeit in Joondalup sehr wohl gefühlt. Anja hat uns sehr herzlich im Haus empfangen, obwohl wir wesentlich später kamen als geplant. Alle Räume sind modern und freundlich eingerichtet und ansprechend dekoriert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was benötigt wird. Wir haben die Wohnung super sauber vorgefunden und uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön liegt der Master Bedroom im 1.Stock mit einem super bequemen Bett, einem kleinen Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf den angrenzenden Golfplatz. Das Haus liegt nur ca. 8 min vom Strand entfernt, den wir morgens gern genossen haben. Anja war immer sehr freundlich und hat bei auftretenden kleinen Problemen sofort reagiert und geholfen. Wir fanden bei Ankunft einen mit frischem Obst, Orangensaft, Milch und vielen leckern Dingen gefüllten Kühlschrank vor, so dass wir morgens lecker frühstücken konnten ohne vorher eingekauft zu haben. Insgesamt können wir sagen, dass wir eine tolle Zeit in Joondalup verlebt haben und uns hier gerne noch einmal für alle Hilfe bedanken möchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Carl was helpful and prompt in his replies. Even though we did not have the change to meet him, he made arrangements for someone to meet up and walk us through the apartment. The apartment was nice and cozy. Free Wifi provided was good, more than adequate for web browsing. Kitchen was well stocked, and Carl kindly provided a complimentary carton of bottled water. The location's one of the main draw of the apartment, with many eateries located within short walking distance. The secure parking garage also came in handy. With such competitive pricing coupled with such a friendly and responsible host, this is a really value for money apartment if you are planning to stay with a friend.

Rosy, Phil and family were very welcoming and helpful. The detached 'pool house' accommodation looked just like the photos and the included breakfast was great. Rosy is a fantastic cook - even utilising some fresh ingredients from the garden! It is unfortunate that we were often not available to take up the offers for dinner, but we were grateful nonetheless. I would definately recommend staying here. Thank you for being great hosts!
The room is basically a pool house, a pleasant room with brand spanking new furnishings as well as a bath and shower. It is detached from the main house and quite private. Note that the bath/shower is not en suite but rather around the corner – inside the pool house. Another thing to note is that the bed is a sofabed. This was fine for me, but it might not be right for people with sensitive backs. Rosy & Phil are welcoming and kind, and prepared lovely breakfasts and also invited me to a delicious dinner and what ended up being effectively a wine tasting. They are lots of fun, as are their kids. I highly recommend this stay, especially to a couple or a single traveller. Lastly, the location is also very nice, not far from exciting Leederville and the Leederville railway station.

I booked my room on the day of arrival due to urgency. 2. airport pick up by Phil. i arrived in perth @11.00PM! 3. friendly, and they are good with surrounding area. 4. you have your own privacy. the room is detached, and its pretty sweet!! 5. tea coffee breakfast, WIFI included - theres pool too 6. list goes on. Rosy and Phil offer a beautiful room including a small bathroom, and much more! You maybe a customer but they make you feel like a personal guest. They care about everything you might need and support you in every possible way, be it hints for places to visit or a pick-up at the trainstation.
This place was perfect for what I needed for 3 days. I was made to feel very welcome but also had my own space. Very neat and tidy. It was nice to have breakfast included. It is nice and close to Leederville which is a great cafe and food area. I would definitely stay again.

Our 1930's character home offers a totally private space for our guests. It comfortably fits 2 people (max 4) and is located close to the city on a quiet street. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, large bedroom, 'breakfast' room & own bathroom! You will have your own private wing of our home which is locked away from the rest of the house for yours and our privacy. You will not have to share any common spaces with us. Your space houses 1 - 4 people travelling together with a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the breakfast room. Your spacious totally private area includes a large bedroom with queen-size bed, bedside table, flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, heater, wardrobe, iron, ironing board & luggage rack. You also have your own recently renovated bathroom with rain shower head and another sunny 'breakfast room' which contains a double sofa-bed, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and 2 chairs. Complimentary basic breakfast supplies will be in this room on arrival (including cereal, bread & spreads, tea, coffee & milk). The front porch is yours alone to use with an outdoor table, 2 chairs and BBQ. You will have your own front entrance (we will use the side entrance for your privacy), spacious bedroom, own modern bathroom and an extra room which can be used for 1-2 extra people travelling with you and/or your breakfast room/preparing simple meals, outside on the porch there is a small outdoor table and 2 chairs and a BBQ. We prefer to keep our space and your space totally separate for your full privacy. I spend a lot of time in my kitchen so I do not share it. I do not allow use of our laundry. Our bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and off limits. We are finding that we aren't even meeting a lot of our mid-week guests. We both work full time and are very busy and active people. We get up very early to exercise and go to bed pretty early, so you may not bump into us during the week! This suits guests who prefer their privacy and more of a 'self contained apartment' experience than a 'home stay' experience. We will stay out of your space and give you your complete privacy unless you initiate a chat, and we are always available via Airbnb messaging, text or phone call if you need anything at all from us. Victoria Park has recently become a much cooler neighborhood to live and hang out in Perth. A quick walk to the end of our street will bring you to Albany Highway. You can turn left or right to walk to an endless supply of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. About a 1km walk away at John McMillan Park, the TGIF Hawkers Markets are on every Friday evening 5pm - 9pm. Lots of affordable yummy food options and live music. At the same park every Sunday morning is the Vic Park Farmers Markets from 8am - 12 noon. Great breakfast, coffee, local produce and artisan stalls. A 2km walk brings you to the Swan River for scenic walking, riding, dolphin spotting, picnics or a BBQ. Ask me for any recommendations for where to go in the area. I am passionate about Vic Park and supporting the businesses within it. If you want to just chill out and look around Vic Park, you can walk pretty much anywhere. If you're heading to the city or elsewhere via the city, a few hundred metres away is a bus stop which takes you straight into the heart of the CBD. If you want to go elsewhere, stay on the bus until it stops at the bus port. There you will find information on how to get anywhere else in Perth via public transport. Alternatively, we are a 1km walk to Victoria Park train station. For those who don't mind a good walk, the city is a 5km lovely scenic walk down Albany Highway, across the Causeway Bridge and along the edge of the river. If you're lucky you might see our river dolphins! If you are bringing a car, please park it on the right hand side in our carport. If you are coming from the airport, Uber will cost you about AUD30 and a taxi will cost approx. AUD40. If you are new to Uber, download the app and sign up with my referral code and get your first ride free! Code is: janem1235ue We have 2 small dogs who will be kept out of your area but will bark when you arrive, and each time you get home! Once they are used to hearing you move around your end of the house, they are relatively quiet most of the time. Our life must go on during your stay and we are very early risers. We try to keep noise to a minimum until a reasonable hour, but our house is old with creaky floorboards, so if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in during our working week, bear this in mind! However when you are in your bedroom there are 2 closed doors between us and you and no guests have complained about any noise to date. I thoroughly clean the space between bookings but whether you want to clean at all during your stay is up to you and your own responsibility.подробнее

The place was exactly as described. I was impressed with the meticulously prepared guidebook and from that I could see that the hosts were very professional. The place is very clean and the hosts did not skimp on the supplies that they provided for us although we did not use most of them. I also love the very high ceiling which was almost triple my height... makes you feel you have a lot of space. It is situated in a location where you have access to restaurants, cafes, shops and public transportation. Ron is very particular with privacy and peace & quiet and I am glad that the host did not let him down. Next time you go to Perth, book at Jane and Chris's place and you will not have any regrets!
The first thing we saw when we stepped into the hallway was a cute little welcome note on the chalkboard which Jane wrote. Very spacious (much bigger than I thought) and with a lot of privacy. Nice and clean bathroom with all the necessities (towels, toiletries etc) provided. An informative booklet/like a handbook on the table to let you know where are the nice cafes/restaurants/places near her place. Very thoughtful host. We really enjoy our stay!
This is not really a private room, it's more like your own private - and big - section of a house. You get a large bedroom, a patio, a hallway and a huge bathroom to boot, all for yourself. It's in Victoria Park which is a nice neighbourhood with lots of pubs and restaurants, but it's on a quiet side street. I only got to meet Jane and Chris on the day I checked out but what was supposed to be a five minute goodbye chat turned into a really interesting one hour long conversation. Great place, great people, what's not to like?
Jane and Chris were really wonderful hosts. The space was clean and very comfortable and everything had been thought of. Breakfast supplies, even board games and DVDs! The private outdoor space was great too. Vic Park is a really sweet little area with lots of great cafes and restaurants and so close to everything. Thanks so much you guys for all your help and friendship and for making my first 2 weeks in Perth feel like home :)
Centrally located and easy to get around from. I was out most of the time but it was comfortable and convenient to come back to. Dogs were no problem. Fridge, microwave, TV were available Some basic breakfast supplies were supplied. Cutlery and crockery. Easily comfortable for a couple. Carport available close to shops.

Brenda wellcomed us very nicely in her beautiful and clean House. We had everything we needed ( two bedrooms , a storage- room, a small kitchen, wifi,...). We liked the style of the House, the beautiful garden and the quietness. We all slept very well, which was a delight after the long journey. Our two little kids enjoyed playing with Paddington, her cute dog.

Staying at Erica'smwas like staying at an I'd friends. I was greeted as I got out of the car and shown where everything was Erica had even turned on the air on before my arriva so it was comfortable when I stepped inside. Erica is an amazing host. She showed me around the house and how everything works. The house is SO well equipped with ecerything from shower gel to NBN internet to coffee pods. I felt very comfortable and at home.
Erica is a fantastic host. She was so nice to let us check into the house very early in the morning as our flight arrives very very early. She was there to receive us and showed us around and made sure we are comfortable. She also gave us tips where to go for lunch and dinner and things to do and places of interest for our children. The house is well stocked with cereals, coffee and tea and this makes us feel very at home. There's convenience stores just a short walk where we could get everything for a home cook meal. My children, especially my daughter loves it there, her garden, her cat and she kept on telling me even when we are back that Erica is such a nice lady. On our last night there, Erica baked us some cakes, it's so sweet of her. We will definitely be back if we visit Perth again.

Erica must be the nicest most respectful hostess on Air bnb. Everything in Erica's description & her photos was true. It really is as lovely as it looks. Erica made my daughter & I feel so at home with extras you'd never find anywhere else included. She even brought in my washing to avoid a downpour, and it was all beautifully folded. I could not recommend Erica and her luxurious, spacious 2 bedroom unit highly enough. What a great first time to Air bnb experience.

Brian and Anthony helped make my visit to Perth excellent. I really appreciated the airport pickup and return, removing the stress and cost of arranging other transport. The room, ensuite and balcony area are excellent, clean, bright and welcoming. The extras like bottled water, stocked fridge and soaps etcmade you feel welcomed and obvious you guys care about providing a top service to your guests. The location is excellent, close to all facilities including the city Northbridge and railway. Do not be concerned about traffic noise there is none.
We had a wonderful stay here. Brian was very welcoming, went out of his was to recommend places when we spoke about what we were doing in Perth and was relaxed about our comings and goings throughout our stay. We slept beautifully. Even had 'nana naps' and the location was terrific for exploring the city. Thanks for having us!

My say at Brian apartment was good, just as described on Airbnb. Brian was quick to reply to message through the app. Prior to booking and arrival which was great. The room was comfortable, with an upmarket hotel feel to it and had the added bonus of a tv which has not been common with my other Airbnb experiences. This fact isn't really mentioned in the list and is not visible in any of photos but is certainly is a welcomed addition. Highly recommend Brian's place and I would certainly stay again.

From the moment I booked the space Brian was available to provide me with all the information I needed from directions, to check in and check out, to local attractions and information. We were running late but Brian was so helpful and waited for us to arrive. The house is beautiful and the dogs were very welcoming. The location is fantastic and is basically a 10 minute walk to the city but far enough that you don't get bothered by noise. Brian answered any questions we had regarding getting around and transport. My only regret is not booking in a longer stay! If you've got the time and the dates are available, don't hesitate to book yourself in for a week!
Brian has provided us with a world class service. He drove us from the airport and to his place on the first and last day, which really helps us immensely. He has 2 friendly dogs and they are really cute. The location of the apartment is great, 5 mins walk to the train station and 2 stops away from Perth station which is the heart of the town. Our room was well furnished and a heated blanket was even provided that helped kept us warm in the night during the cold season. A minibar filled with complimentary drinks was also provided by Brian. Overall, the room is really cozy and Brian and Anthony was really friendly. If given the opportunity to visit Perth once more, we would love to stay over at the apartment again.

A short drive or walk away (900 metres) is Centro Dianella Shopping Centre, with supermarkets, specialty stores and plenty of take away options. The Morley Galleria Mall and the popular Coventry Village Markets are both just 2km away (4 minute drive), great for shopping, supermarkets (including one open 24 hours), movies (Events Cinema), and lots of restaurants to choose from, including, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Greek ect. There is a 24 hour Spudshed supermarket at the Coventry Markets, and 24 hour take away burgers (Hungry Jacks) on route. Alternatively, 4km away on Beaufort Street there is a 24 hour IGA supermarket. There are many fabulous restaurants, bars and pubs on this street also. The Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre is 2.5 km away, and has indoor and outdoor pools plus a gym. Or for those who like to run/walk Yokine Reserve is a Perth favourite and also just 2.5km away. There are local Halal options including Vrbas Halal Butchers at the Coventry Village Markets, and Charcoal Chicken Cafe at Dianella Shopping Centre. The nearest bus stop is a 1 minute walk away, and offers bus number 68 to the City or Mount Lawley (a great eating/drinking destination). Within 10 minute walk there are a number of other bus stops, particularly on Walter Road, Morley Drive and Alexander Drive. The Morley Bus Station is 2km away, or the Bayswater Train Station is 4km away. You can check out Perth public transport options, including a journey planner, on the Transperth website. I do recommend hiring a car for trips to Perth, it is a sprawling city with lots of great places to visit on the outskirts of town (i.e. the Swan Valley), and public transport is not as flexible. The Domestic and International Airports both offer all the usual car rentals companies (Redspot, Thrifty, Budget etc), and this saves the taxi costs to and from the house. I recommend Bayswater Car Rental, just 5km away from the house, it is well priced (likely to be cheaper even taking into account the taxi journey). The main taxi company in Perth is Swan Taxi's, they have a journey price calculator on their website. UBER is now also in Perth, and offer a much cheaper alternative to taxis. • Use my referral code: kelliej41 to get $10 AUD off your first journey. The Perth airports are a short drive away, 9km to the Domestic Airport or 14km to the International Airport. They are very easy to access via the nearby Tonkin Hwy. LGBT friendly. My suggestions on places to visit in Perth; Perth Beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world. It is just a 15 min drive to Scarborough or Trigg. Swan Valley is filled with loads of wineries, breweries and restaurants to try. If you would like to sample a few, try one of the boat cruises or bus tours. (20min drive) Kings Park overlooks Perth's Swan River, and is a great place for picnics and outdoor movies in the summer (15min drive) Caversham wildlife park is a brilliant place to meet Australian wildlife including Koalas and Kangaroos. It is perfect for day for family fun! (20min drive) Hillary's Boat Harbour is a fun place to eat and drink! Why not visit AQWA and get close and personal with some underwater wildlife! (25min drive) Fremantle has some fantastic restaurants (Little Creatures Brewery is a must try), and markets. Or, for something a little different, why not take a cruise out to sea and do some whale watching! (30min drive) The magical and much-loved Rottnest Island, situated just off the coast (an hours journey by boat), is free of cars and the destination for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Rent a bike and enjoy a day riding to each of the small bays for swimming and snorkelling. End the day with drink at the famous Rottnest Pub watching the Quokkas and sunset. ... The bedroom has a hotel quality queen bed ensemble with a firm mattress and a study nook. The walk-in hanging wardrobe space is also very spacious. The view of the city and Perth arena is fantastic from the spacious balcony. Swipe and key. If you need to let your guests in there is an intercom system with first top black button to open the doors and second button to let people in the lift to our level. Please email and more than happy to give you tips on local eateries, shopping and events. Heart of Perth city/west end. Shopping, theatre, dining, grocery store all at the tips of your finger. Northbridge with food and live music venues and the train are 2mins away. We can recommend Endota Day Spa, Xtendbarre, Box n Gym, Cove Yoga all literally steps away. If you walk 10-15mins you reach the river, Kings Park, East Perth. Perth Arena, His Majesty's Theatre, State Theatre, Art Gallery are 2-5mins away. Uncle Joes, Varnish, Flour Factory and La Veen, The Old Faithful are our neighbours. It really is a luxurious hideaway in a super convenient location. There is parking available for $25/day. Free CAT buses. The train is only a 5min walk away. Most things are only a walk or train away including Cottesloe Beach and Fremantle. There's a shuttle from the airport or taxi is very convenient. Amazing apartment, in a very central location. Host was very obliging and waited for me at the apartment to give me the keys, even though my flight arrived quite late on a Friday evening. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with modern appliances and layout. To be honest the photos don't do it justice. I'd definitely stay here again, and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Food recommendations - breakfast at La Veen, and dinner/drinks at Old Faithful Bar & BBQ, both around the corner.

A very comfortable and convenient apartment with a very welcoming host. Reena has hosted many travelers, and provides clear information about the city and the apartment. We did have some confusion about departure time, which was my fault, but other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours (3 nuits) chez Reena et nous avons tellement aimé que nous y sommes revenus trois semaines plus tard pour 3 jours (2 nuits). L'appartement est exactement comme décrit et comme le montrent les photos; en plus, ce qu'on ne voit pas est qu'il est super propre. Il est aussi très bien situé, très lumineux et on a aussi accès à la piscine intérieure de l'immeuble qui est moderne, particulièrement bien tenu et sécurisé. L'accès au centre-ville est très facile, soit une quinzaine de minutes à pieds, soit en quelques minutes en bus - il y a beaucoup de bus qui passent dans cette rue et le trajet jusqu'au centre-ville est gratuit. Il y a à proximité plusieurs magasins d'alimentation, des restaurants et trois compagnies de location de voiture (dont une très connue et offrant des tarifs très attractifs). Mais, encore plus important que le logement, c'est le contact avec Reena qui est d'une extrême gentillesse et est très disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Très vite, on se sent à l'aise et pratiquement comme en famille. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement le séjour dans l'appartement de Reena!

Wow what a great place. Perfect place for my wife and I. Linda was great and very flexible with our meeting time. The place is very centrally located in Perth. With the Trans Perth buses running down the front street, the Cat buses running one street up and the train station only a short walk (or bus ride) away there's no need for a car. The place was very spacious and had everything you might need. The next time I'm able to go to Perth I'll be sure to call on Linda again.
Linda and her partner made me very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable and suited my stay perfectly. It is in convenient walking distance to most of Perth City and the free bus 2 minutes walk away is an added luxury. Having a secure parking spot was so good. I would recommend this apartment to any couple or solo traveller.
Linda was the most responsive host and has set the bar very high for AirBnb hosts from here on out. Even when I had an issue with the internet (on a Sunday no less) she had addressed the problem and had it solved within an hour after I e-mailed her about it. The location is excellent, quiet, spacious, and served its purpose for my stay in the city wonderfully. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.

Jean welcomed me in the middle of the night, quickly showed me around the house and got me into bed. Had a really warm welcome. Neighbourhood is great and safe. Busstop round the corner to go into the city centre. Bed and shower are awesome. House has a nice backgarden where you can sit in the shade. Jean and Marty are really welcoming and friendly. Our stay in Claire's really stylisch new Apartment was perfect, it exceeded our expectations by far. I was visiting family in Perth and didn't have a firm arrival time, Claire was available and responsive when organising to arrive. The apartment was new, comfortable and well appointed and I had my own bathroom and toilet. I felt very welcome and it was very easy to come and go. The location was perfect for my family and also only a quick train ride (couple of stops) to Perth. It's also a short walk to Beaufort street which has great should and cafes. Will definitely look to stay with Claire again when I visit Perth in future.

This beautiful home is only about 15 mins away from Perth city center and is a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We felt really safe. This was the first time for me and my husband Kevin to stay at an Airbnb and we were very impressed by the welcome we received by Barry and Viv when we arrived. We were the first and only guests on Boxing Day. We got the corner room with two windows, stunning sunrise and river view with a very comfortable bed and a seating area of a long balcony. Price was reasonable. We had the whole bathroom for us only without sharing with others. Breakfast was ready in the room and you can make toasts and beverages just outside your door. Barry kindly offered us a lift to the shopping mall when I was not feeling very well. Bikes were available to used, the morning ride by the river was a fantastic experience. If this is the standard we can expect from other Airbnb, we will definitely use this type of booking again. This a good example of great hospitality. Many thanks to Barry and Viv! Anna's apartment was really nice, clean and well-stocked! we had our 8 month old infant with us and I prepared his meals daily - the kitchenette was very sufficient and the dryer/washer was also a great convenience. The apartment is nestled on the edge of the city, which is attached to the main residence, but fully self contained it provides the best of privacy and easy host communicationin the backyard of our lovely family home. The rail system has recently undergone significant redevelopment, with a new railway line built between Perth and Mandurah which doubled the length of Perth's railways. Additionally, The Indian Pacific passenger rail service connects Perth with Adelaide and Sydney via Kalgoorlie. Sandy and Joe are really lovely. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at their apartment. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is big and has a really nice shower. Everything was clean. The outdoor area is great and Sandy and Joe even provided us everything we needed for using the barbecue. I would definitely stay there again!
Joe and Sandy were careful to ensure we arrived well and provided good information and follow up to arrive into the accommodation. Made welcome immediately. Arrived at midnight but were given clear written instructions for entering the apartment. Hosts made us welcome in the morning and helped us with planning our movements and using public transport for the day

Walk everywhere! Located just off Bulwer Street, Perth. Newly renovated 2 storey townhouse is within walking distance of pretty much everything. Modern, newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, powder room, air-conditioned townhouse located within walking distance to the cafe strip of Mount Lawley and Northbridge. A total revamp, the townhouse is like new. The living area has a four-door bifold doors that open onto the patio with plenty of natural light into the living area. Fresh towels and linen as well as some tea, coffee supplies and some breakfast cereals are provided. Designated car park under car port at rear. Digital gate access into property, making it private and secure. Both rooms has new queen beds, comfortable pillow top mattresses with quality bedding and linen. Open plan tastefully designed living area includes a luxury chaise lounge, mounted 50" HD LED TV Neat, clean and very tidy bathroom. Fresh towels and toiletries are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and an automatic coffee machine. There is also a washer/dryer for your washing needs. Open plan living leading to timber decked patio. Situated just steps from Beaufort Street, Northbridge and NIB Stadium, it is incredibly convenient for any tourist or out of town employee to explore Perth with or without the need for car hire. I like to extend my welcome by meeting my guests and am always contactable if they need help. Close to some of Perth's best bars (2 mins walk to Brisbane Hotel which was recently voted top 10 beer garden), cafes, restaurants, Mt Lawley cafe strip and Northbridge. Easy access to freeways, airport, 10 minutes walk to Perth CBD - True Inner City living Catch a free CAT (Central Area Transit) bus anywhere south of Bulwer Street. A light stroll into the city takes 10 mins. Alternatively, walk less than 5 mins to the train station, where it is 2 stops to the city or continue on the same line to Fremantle City. Easy access to freeways and the airport which is about 10km away. A beautifully decorated chic style townhouse. The rooms were relatively small but all we needed for a few nights stay. Hong was lovely and provided us with all the information we needed for a comfortable experience - we felt right at home!

Hong met me outside the townhouse as soon as I arrived, and showed me how things worked in the kitchen - particularly the fabulous coffee machine! She made me feel very relaxed about staying in her home. The townhouse was as close to perfect for me as it was possible to get! The bed was really comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and the equipment - from entertainment system to kitchen utensils - was all top notch. It was easy to park my rental car, and the place was within walking distance of two restaurant hubs; yet it was really quiet. I'll definitely be staying there again!

Amazing stay, wonderful location very close to CBD. Siew was fantastic she met us at the property and showed us around. The house was spotless, extremely clean, neat and tidy. The house is very homely and we'll equiped. Siew was lovely, so kind and accommodating. If there was an Airbnb host award she would win hands down. We had a really great stay in Perth. This town house was beautiful and a great base to explore Perth. Everything was clean and tidy and there were lots of additional things provided. Great communication and smooth check in/out process. I would highly recommend this place.

This room is modest and compfortabele , clean secure and the perfect space to relax after a long day of exploring Fremantle or Perth WA. The bus in both directions leaves only 2 minutes away from my doorstep, The house is a very cozy , modest but welcoming place. Just minutes away from Fremantle and a short bus ride ( 30 minutes ) from Perth ( outside peak hrs ) Shared access, own key and keybond apply. I enjoy having guests , and there is always time to share storys and give you tips to make your visit more plesant ! Living here feels very safe and quiet. I know my neighbours and we care for eachother. There is so much to do and to explore in Fremantle and Perth, and with the friendly mediteranian climate you almost always experience plesant weather for your excursions . The location of my house is very easy access to public transport and it takes only minutes to Fremantle and a short journey to Perth. Fremantle and Perth have free City bus service , so often people leave there care at home and jsut use public transport. Very easy ! as you can see on the prictures , this house has a 6 year old tom cat. So if you like cats like me , this house is the right address for you :-) I ask visitors to let him do the first steps of contact , which he will do once he has made friends with you. подробнее

We very much enjoyed our stay in Perth and in Matthias' apartment. Very conveniently located, close to food, shops, and transportation. As for the apartment itself, clean and spacious and lovely view of the city! Made us feel right at home. Matthias as a host, though not physically there during our time in perth was easy to speak with and got replies quickly to any questions we had. Also left us (and the keys) in good hands. My friends and I would recommend this place for your Perth stay if you find yourselves in this city :)

Matt and corrina are definitely very good hosts. They are helpful in providing information about the neighbourhood (food, transport and sights). They are also very hospital and friendly, took the efforts to have dinner, drinks and chat to know more about you. The place is cosy, clean and well kept. It is located 2 streets away from northbridge where it is quiet and yet is short distance away from shops, convenient stores and also the Blue Cat. Value for money with very pleasant experience.

The room is as described with all the amenities I needed, and very clean/tidy. The house is a short walk to some great spots on Beaufort Street, the Perth Cultural Centre and CBD. Míša and Marcela are great hosts and happy to have a friendly chat.
