'Park House'. A beautifully presented, one bedroom self contained apartment which can accommodate up to 2 people. The private, newly refurbished apartment is on the 1st floor of a small detached house in Chorley and offers great value for money accommodation.
In the open plan kitchen/lounge, there is a combination oven/microwave, a fridge with a small freezer shelf, kettle, toaster, (no hob). There is cutlery, mugs, glasses and plates. A 42 inch Smart Tv with Freeview channels and Netflix in the living area and a 32 inch Tv with Freeview and Now TV and Netflix in the bedroom. Free unlimited WiFi and central heating. Towels and bed linen provided. The whole of the apartment is yours to enjoy, so make yourself at home.
The apartment is very close to junction 8 of the M61 and a close to the M6 also. There is a 24hr garage nearby which has Londis shop. The market town of Chorley is a 10 minute walk to the centre or a few minutes drive. Goodwins fully licensed restaurant and bar is a few minutes walk away, where a wide range of meals are on offer throughout the day and evening.

Квартира очень стильная и удобная. Холодно ночью в гостиной, но есть обогреватель для решения этой проблемы.     A beautiful house nestled in the centre of the historic village of Croston. Built in 1863, this gorgeous retreat is just opposite the village green, which is home to two popular (dog-friendly!) country pubs. There are free car parking places just across the road. The house has all the luxuries you need plus a south facing garden, perfect for soaking up the sun. I have a key box at the front door so you can arrive at any time. Any questions, please ask!
    This gorgeous country cottage style dwelling is over 150 years old! With that comes gorgeous period features such as the stunning old street lamp on the front of the house. The house sits in front of the bustling village green and country pub and restaurant, the Wheatsheaf. In fact, there are many places to eat and drink within walking distance. Step out of the back of the house and take a deep breath of fresh air. The peaceful garden gets the sun all day, it's a real sun trap and sheltered from the wind. There's lots of lovely plants and flowers, perfect for a weekend away. The house has two bedrooms both with double beds. There's also a cute little sun room, a perfect area for pets.
    The house is very close to lots of amenities, which I've included in my guest book (found online as part of this profile or in a house manual at the house). Walk out of the front door and there is the lovely village green. Just across the road there is: +The Wheatsheaf Pub, which has a bustling outdoor seating area for sunny days. The food is amazing, especially the baked Camembert. They serve breakfast 10am-12pm Saturday and Sunday. +Fresco Fresco, an Italian opposite the house with a restaurant/takeaway. The takeaway pizzas are freshly made in the pizza oven and are amazing. +The Nelson Pub, historical old pub with outdoor seating area. Try the secret hook and ring game, strangely addictive! On Town Road itself you can find: +The Grapes, a country restaurant serving quality food and gorgeous afternoon tea. +Thyme on the Yarrow, very cute cafe serving breakfast and lunch, the pate and cheese sharing platter is really nice. +Panshi, Indian restaurant and takeaway, try the tandoori lamb chops with onion and pepper, amazing! +Royal Bank of Scotland, cash machine just across the road from the house. Within five to ten minutes walk: +Westhead fish and chip shop, the best fish chips and peas for miles arounds, be prepared to queue but well worth the wait. Seating area outside. +Bleu Belle, lovely beauticians for all your pampering needs! +James Alexander Hair Salon, when you fancy a day off from doing a blow dry or just need a trim. +Co-op food, good selection of food basics, also there's a post office service provided at the till.

    Spacious, double bedroom in 3 bed terraced house in a lovely, peaceful village in Lancashire. Light, modern decor in lockable private room with access to shared bathroom and large kitchen. Clothes storage, mirror, hair dryer, bedding and towels provided. Check in/out can be flexible if agreed prior to arrival - especially on the weekends. Longer stays can be agreed - please message to arrange. Good location for access to Chorley, Wigan, Preston, Southport, Manchester and Liverpool.
    Our home is well decorated with modern and fresh interiors. We welcome guests to utilise the facilities including our kitchen. We keep ourselves to ourselves but we will always be on hand to answer questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please note we are getting a dog from January 2020. She is a Cavapoo and therefore is hypoallergenic as the poodle curly coat is prominent. We won't accept any guests with animals and the room will remain pet-free. Parking is on the main road, directly opposite our house, all free and plenty of space available. We have never had any problems parking here but there are several residential streets a short walk away should you prefer to be 'off-road'. For those looking at attending courses at the C.H.E.K. institute Europe (fitness and holistic health centre) we are a short 13 minute walk away from the centre in Eccleston - ideally located!
    Our home is in a quiet village but with plenty of things to do nearby. A couple of farmers markets, nice boutique shops and a lot of lovely pubs and restaurants both in the village and surrounding areas. It's a friendly place which why I'm sure you'll love staying here!

    My home is close to Chorley city centre, great views, parks, the airport. You’ll love my place because of the location, it is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). A 5 minute amble to the local award winning pub the Dog and Partridge. Chorley is a few miles away and is a typical Lancashire market town, with great train links to Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Blackpool, Lancaster to name a few places of interest. I'm very happy to take guests from Mon-Fri.
    Large room, with a double bed, full length mirror, a comfy chair and hanging space. Fully carpeted. Radiator. The room has a 32" TV with access to Netflix and a DVD player with many titles to view in the cabinet.
    My garden backs onto open countryside and if you are a nature lover, I have many varieties of birds, some frogs, and a squirrel!

    The Chalet is a studio that has been done up in a light, bright and modern way. A converted garage with one large living and sleeping area with a small but well appointed bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a hob and oven with a combined microwave. A smart Sony TV and wifi access is included. The chalet is set in the grounds of a large Park Land style garden including a large fish pond which guest have access to. Secure room to store bikes or other sporting equipment can be provided.
    The village of Mawdesley is about one mile away. The village has several pubs with great food. Also in the villages Cedar farm, with its petting farm and coffee shop plus an arcade full of craft and art shops.

Free WiFi Porridge, Bread, butter and jam available for you to make your own breakfast. Along with tea and coffee whenever you want to make a hot drink. I travel around the world with my job so appreciate the extra touches that make a difference to peoples experiences. That’s what makes us different :)
    Close by to both Chorley Hospital (2.3 miles) and Euxton Hall Hospital (300 yards) so great if visiting patients or for nurses, etc. Close to M6 and M61 junctions and a 5 minute walk to Euxton train station. Lots of nice walks close by, no need to get in a car to get some greenery! Very friendly mum and teenage son team, ready to welcome you! A spacious living room, which has a lovely big bay window creating plenty of light to relax in and watch TV if you wish. We have a separate kitchen and dining room which you have access to. Shared driveway to front of property and nice sized gardens front and back with garden furniture in the back for warm days/nights. We have cctv around the property along with security lighting.
    Chorley Hospital, Euxton Hall Hospital, Astley Park. Lots of takeaways and pubs close by. Chorley Town Centre is a five min drive away. Bus stop is a short walking distance away and takes you into town. 5 minutes drive from Leyland. 15 minute drive from Wigan.

There are a number of beautiful country walks on the doorstep but also close to the train station and good travel links to Southport and Ormskirk. The Lake District is within 1 hour by car and Liverpool and Manchester can also be accessed easily.
    Croston is a beautiful village in Lancashire. There is plenty to do in the village and there are lots of other places to explore close by.

Table and chairs are set outside the door for those pleasant mornings. Only 1 min walk from our local hostelry which offers a large menu of quality pub food from 6pm - 8pm. Situated not far from Southport, convenient for Preston, the Lake District, Blackburn, East Lancashire, Blackpool, & Manchester
    The room is homely and nicely decorated with a comfortable sofa looking out onto the garden. In the warmer months, listening to the birds through the open patio doors is very relaxing.
    The neighbourhood is fairly quiet but there are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants in the local area.

    Our well maintained comfortable home & garden is set in the historic, picturesque village of Croston. The pretty village centre is only a 5 minute walk away. Croston has a supermarket, pharmacy, 5 traditional pubs, an Italian, Indian, Coffee Shop and Chip Shop.
    Our centrally heated home is bright, well maintained, well equipped & comfortable. We don’t charge a cleaning fee. There are two double bedrooms & a single bedroom. A family bathroom is upstairs & a shower room downstairs. We have WiFi & free view TV. The lounge area benefits from a gas real flame effect fireplace. Our enclosed sunny garden has a patio set & our drive has parking for up to 2 vehicles.
    Our home is in a lovely village but it is also well located for touring. We are around an hour to the Lake District & Yorkshire Dales. Liverpool & Manchester are easily commutable. We are also well placed for Aintree & Haydock racecourses. For keen golfers we are within 40 minutes from Birkdale, Royal Lytham & other links courses.

    We are a young professional couple in late twenties/early thirties.. Both of us are fairly quiet (we think!).. at work most weekdays during the day time. On offer is a double room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is a family bathroom which can be left to be used exclusively by you mostly, except when visitors are around, which doesnt happen as often. The TV in the common living room has Sky, Amazon Prime and Netflix included.

    I have a lovely, comfortable house, suitable for up to 3 people, fully furnished, with garden. The house has 2 bedrooms; a large master bedroom with a double bed, and original brick fireplace, and a smaller second bedroom, with a single bed. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with all mod cons, including a microwave, oven and washing machine, bathroom with an over the bath shower, and a living room with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The house also has a spacious back garden. It is easy and safe to park your car on the street. You are only 30 minutes from major cities Manchester and Liverpool, and in just 1 hour you can reach the beautiful and well known Lake District, and at your doorstep you will find parks, forest, castles... As a couple or with your friends, this an ideal place to discover the north of England. Live the british way in Chorley !

Дом был как рекламируется, и мы были очень удобны там для нашего 5 ночей. Мы ели в 4 ночей 5 и кухня была оборудована достаточно, чтобы сделать это возможным. Это было здорово, что использование стиральной машины! В саду было приятно, хотя из-за расположения немного упускается из виду, мы использовали два чайных полотенец, как шторы на окно ванной, сортированных, что маленькая проблема. Кровати были удобными, душ прост в эксплуатации и достаточно жарко, лестницы были немного крутой, но управляемым (Джон выпрямляется это столько, сколько он может!) И гостиная была приятно отдохнуть в и размещался огромный телевизор который был большим для нашего подростка. Нам понравилось Chorley, это среднего размера город с большим количеством магазинов и рынка по вторникам, есть хорошие автобусного и железнодорожного сообщения в Блэкпул, Уиган, Манчестер, Престон и т.д. Существует даже автобус до озера района по субботам. Жизнь Воды церковь недалеко ASDA было здорово. Эстли Парк имеет приятный прогулок и детская площадка области, а также чайную комнату и художественная галерея. Мы прекрасно провели время, и мы не можем поблагодарить Джона достаточно за то, что готовы, чтобы сообщить нам остаться и за то, что отличный хозяин.

    Leyland was the home of Leyland Motors, Leyland Paints and other motor- related businesses. Leyland has a large town centre and many green spaces and an ambudance of local facilties. Leyland town centre is about 15 mins walk from the house or 5 mins in the car. There is lots of parking in the town centre, some pay & display and some free in designated areas. The town center has something for everyone in terms of dining and relaxing. There are many restaurants, take- aways and coffee shops . Most of the takeaways in the area deliver. There are a variety of pubs including popular gin and craft ale bars. We are 30 mins from the Michelin starred restaurant Northcote and approximately 45 mins away from the 2 Michelin starred The Barn at Moor Hall, Aughton. We are close to several large supermarkets, such as Lidl, Aldi, Morrisions and Tesco. We are close to the mainline west coast train station - which is approximately 10 mins walk away. We are also just off the M6, M61 and M65 motorway. The town centre is approximately 15-20 mins walk. We are ideally located to explore the following: Blackpool, Lytham St Annes (35 mins drive) and in particular the annual Lytham Proms, Lancaster (42 mins drive), the Lake District, Clitheroe (37 mins), Southport (40 mins), Manchester (50 mins) and Liverpool (1 hour) - all easily accessible by car, bus or train. We have a couple of local parks, for those that like to get out and about - Cuerden Valley Park is ideal for walking and Worden Park is great for kids, but also has an historic centre, with a maze, coffee shop and local craft/gift shops. We are also near to Astley Hall & Park, Samlesbury Hall and various other National Trust properties. Leyland has a leisure centre, which is open to the public for swimming and other activities. Leyland is also the home to the British Commercial Vehicle Museum.

    Covid 19, Air Bnb has an emergency policy to deal with cancellations at this time, it Is lengthy, so please check their website. As far as I'm concerned there will not be any payments taken from my part for any bookings made so far which are cancelled due to this concern. Between bookings I am leaving a full 24 hours in which time the usual deep cleaning will take place, including steaming of areas. Parbold is small with many local amenities including local grocers which will deliver to the vulnerable, it is surrounded by wide open spaces where isolation from crowds is possible but I totally understand any of peoples travel fears.Thank you for all your support and stay safe . Three sleeping spaces and separate warm cosy lounge/dining area .100 year old terraced cottage in the heart of Parbold village (with log burner) The home is newly decorated with a small enclosed garden, pets accepted. This cottage is close to Wrightington Hospital, J27 of M6,40 min on train to Manchester and Liverpool. Train a 2 minute walk. There are 5 eating houses (great pubs) within walking distance.A vibrant little village an hours drive to Lake District and 5 min to Wrightington hospital.The entire cottage is yours for your stay. During your booking your privacy will be respected, you can let yourself in and go without interruption or the need to chat to me. I can also be around and be on call if you need advice.The house is ideally set up for both single occupancy and families. Fully central heated, (though also has a log burner) The house is a little cutie, there are two large bedrooms, one at the front and one at the back, the front is set up as a master. The single beds in the back of the house are a trundle bed which can convert to a low child safe bed or large double . There are two main living areas, one is a kitchen/diner which we use as a main living area, (as the log burner is situated there). The house is bright and has two reception rooms one can serve as a play room or extra bedroom, it has a good quality M&S sofa bed, this room can be kept as a private bedroom space if guests choose to use the back door rather than the front. The kitchen is a country kitchen with granite work surface, there is a ELAN range cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, good quality oven ware and is fully equipped to allow for self catering. To the rear of the house there is a conservatory which is used as a boot room or somewhere to dry off the dogs. The conservatory can be used for storage of bikes etc. or just sit in it and relax. All pets are welcome. (if you need cages or beds for them let me know) At the rear of the house there is a small parking space, I regularly park our large Honda Accord estate in this area a large car will need some skilled manoeuvring but will fit. The house is thoroughly cleaned between all guests surfaces disinfected, carpets hoovered and bedding changed. All we ask from guests is that you leave it looking and smelling as you found it. Smoking in the property is strictly forbidden as you can never get the smell out in just one day, however, there is an outdoor space if guests wish to smoke. There is a large bathroom with shower and good deep bath, the central heating is new and very efficient, the house is always at a comfortable easily adjustable There are smoke alarms, CO2 detector (4 of them) and extinguisher available.Both the gas and electrical system have been safety checked by professionals. This house was our former home, we intend it to be our retirement home when our boys have fledged (they are 9 and 10 now) , it is a great little property with lovely neighbours. The property has a small yard/gravel garden at the back which can double as a car parking space or an enclosed picket fence yard. High chairs and cot beds can be made available should you have younger children, just let me know prior (lots of lego also!) The bedding is always 100% cotton with a few vintage throws for you to use or not. There is easily arranged airport and city transport, with local taxi firm (who is a neighbour). Foreign guests very welcome, I can sit and go through your orientation to the area with advice on the easy ways to get around. I speak a little Spanish and my husband speaks several languages so we will muddle through if English is not your first language. The village is served by five pubs within walking distance, four of which serve very good food. There is a walkable butchers, green grocers, convenience store, pharmacy and DIY shop. There is a very good Indian takeaway in the village and a Chinese chip shop close by. The Leeds to Liverpool canal foot path is a five minute walk as is the main train line to Manchester and Southport with Liverpool being an easy journey but requiring one change of station. Wrightington Hospital is a five minute drive, I have worked there 20 years and often walked to work from the house ( but this is up a very steep hill). The property is situated close to M6 and M58 motorways. IMO
    Parbold is a beautiful quiet village in the heart of West Lancashire, the area known for great battles between round heads and Royalists with local country houses which can tell a few tales. The village is well served by places to eat from fine dining to pub grub. Several local pubs are known for serving real ale and well visited by keen members of the CAMRA organisation. There is a local train station which offers easy access to Liverpool, Manchester and Southport. The M6 is a five minute drive away (J27) which allows an easy drive to north Wales or the Lake District national park. The village is always having great social events such as the Parbold street festival, Parbulele festival anD Christmas fair, all in a very English quaint style. Great sporting events such as IRON MAN and many cycle races run through the village. The area is heaven for wildlife enthusiasts with Martin mere wildlife Trust and Knowsley safari park a short drive away. The local area is popular with walkers, canoeists, runners and cyclists. ( it is also dog walk central!)
