“The Shed” Fully self contained with 2 bedrooms

The shed is a converted garage. It is along side our home. We are 6 kms from the town limits of Mudgee. Important things to note: The shed shares a house yard with us and our 3 dogs are in the yard. They are very friendly but do bark. The shed has 2 small bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed the other with a double bed. There is a shower that is accessed by getting in the bath. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE TO STEP IN THE BATH TO SHOWER AS PER PHOTO

Kangaroos often graze in the morning. Although it feels rural, SNUGL is in-town close to the IGA, bottlo & other amenities. The tiny house is beautifully appointed with a large timber deck and all the facilities you expect including wi-fi, Baby Weber Q BBQ, firepit, and TV.
