I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). Wonderful stay with lovely owner. Very convenient location and made getting around very easy as someone new to Cambridge. Everything is in walking distance. Many eateries nearby. Spacious and warm - very nice stay. Would definitely stay again!!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Liz’s place and appreciated the flat and its location very much. Liz provided coffee, tea, milk and biscuits which was very nice. The flat is very clean, the kitchen and bath are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we walked everywhere in downtown Cambridge from there. Also, the street is quiet despite its central location. Definitely recommend!

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

This is a very well equipped and clean apartment on the first floor (not ground floor) of a modern apartment 2 minutes walk from Cambridge Station. It's safe and secure. Very comfortable furniture. The balcony overlooks a grassy commons area...and is on the Southside, thus thus a warm sunshine during the day. Thanks to the hosts John and Amy for making this easy and comfortable and safe!

Had a lovely stay here with 6 of us plus a baby. Lots of room and very clean throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Anytime we travel up for the weekend for a Santa Pod event again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you again to Wakene.

Home from home. Ideal base for the Midlands. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful private garden. We highly recommend staying there.

Lovely host who reached out before our stay to ask if we needed the sofa bed, which we did. Suzanne made sure it was made for us. Suzanne also gave us clear instructions on where to park, at a nearby car park for when the permit parking was in use.

We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

We travelled from Scotland for a family funeral. Asked if possible to get slightly earlier access and that was no problem at all. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The area was very quiet and near Rushden Lakes a great shopping and eating area. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this house.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

Lovely little place, loved being able to walk to the pubs/restaurants. Close to beautiful little villages. Highly recommended 😀

we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!

Endroit pratique, à proximité de la gare (pas de bruits malgré la proximité du train) appartement lumineux, belle terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée. Lits un peu petits. Manque d’essuies de douche. Cuisine agréable (un presse-fruits serait bien en plus). À 1/2 heure de marche du centre par des rues calmes (belle promenade). Très bonnes explications de Carlos pour accéder à l’appartement. Carlos est très réactif à nos messages. Très chouette séjour en résumé.

This is a great apartment. All you need for a comfortable stay. We had the delight of lovely weather too. It is up 2 flights of stairs but very manageable 🙂
