The decor is contemporary and very spacious, fully equipped with all the conveniences of home Come relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio! $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets to be in crates when not home. 4 people max occupancy. $150 charged if not respected

The Cottage at Gilbert Landing

This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

Use keypad for no-contact self check-in and to lock/unlock the door as you come and go. The tiny house is equipped with a refrigerator, 4 in 1 combination microwave, coffee maker, WiFi, and smart TV. We installed a plumbing system designed specifically for a garden level home. It may be slightly louder than normal but it works great.
