Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Centrally located, 1 min walk to high street. Close to Donington Park Race Track & East Midlands airport. SkyLink bus stop 2 min walk, run every 20 mins AM & every hour PM, direct to airport, and to Derby, Loughborough & Leicester. Complimentary bottle of bubbly for stays 2 nights or more ☺️

Charming character cottage - 2 bedrooms

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cottage. Our carpark is 3 mins away as cottage in pedestrian area. Cottage is near the amazing Hockley area with loads of restaurants and bars. It’s also very close to the Market Square and Nottingham Castle. Nottingham Arena is a 5 minute walk. Notts Forest, Notts County and the Cricket ground are just 25/30minutes walk. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE-SAME DAY BOOKINGS MAY NOT GET PARKING- we recommend the lace market car park which is 3 mins away

The Bramley Nook

Located down a hidden lane in a quiet riverside village with excellent transport links into Newark on Trent, Lincoln and Nottingham. Although peaceful, it is moments off the A1, so great for onward journeys. It is also ideally placed for access to the famous Newark showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to the riverside pub and lovely walks. A completely private cottage with one large double, a twin, lounge area, kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard.

Converted coach houses in the heart of the city of Nottingham with 2 private parking spaces. There are 2 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottages set over 3 floors, sleeping 15 people in total and are perfect for families or groups of friends. They are beautifully decorated with modern interiors yet have the feel of a traditional cottages. The finish is of the highest standard and there are modern conveniences to suit all guests. The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, while bedroom 2 on a spacious upstairs landing with a double bed and antique privacy screen. Your stay includes a milk & free parking and a small basket of logs (September-March).

Brandybuck cottage is a cosy two bedroomed, self catering cottage. There is an additional third bedroom located in the grounds of the cottage in the outhouse. There is also private parking for 2 cars on the driveway, a large terrace & secret garden to enjoy.

The cottage is situated on the village road in Stanton on the Wolds in a highly desirable area. A 2 min walk in one direction and you're in the countryside; a 10 min walk in the other and you're in a large village with all amenities. Nottingham, Leicester, Newark, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Grantham are all a 20-30 min drive and Lincoln's only 60 mins away. The British Geological Survey (BGS) is a short walk so it's ideally placed for visitors and employees.
