After being led down by another property I found this one and was not disappointed. Good value for money, clean and fully equipped. Clear instructions and great come from the host. Beds were comfortable. Location very good, just a short walk to the main road where there are plenty of facilities. Very easy to get a bus to the centre of the city. Would definitely return and would recommend this place.

Definitely would recommend Shaz's place. He and his family were were very kind and accommodating to us during our stay.

we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!

Good location shops and restaurants walking distance, very comfortable room and quiet. I have stayed a couple of times and would go back again.

We had a fantastic few days at Mayfield. Sue was a great host, always quick to respond and very helpful. Mayfield was extremely comfortable and everything was top quality. The conservatory and back garden are a real haven of tranquillity and made for a really peaceful and relaxing few days. Sue had left us lots of little extras and there was a fabulous selection of teas too! It was an easy, short walk into Oakham which was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue’s place.

Lovely peaceful venue, but be sure you follow James and Shani's directions, not your satnav, because my definitely tried to send me the wrong way! Very quiet and nicely appointed space, perfect for my needs.

Had a lovely stay. David was in his garden when we arrived and welcomed us really warmly! He gave us a walking recommendation with a dog and a 6 month old baby, which was perfect after a long drive. Really friendly and helpful host. Thank you for having us

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

The apartment was beautiful, easy to locate and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and bars. It’s right next to the station so easy to access. Patrick, was friendly and helpful in the build up to my stay and during my stay. Massively recommend.

I loved the space, right in the town centre, unfortunately I was a bit to busy with work to appreciate the area but hopefully I will return in the future for a more relaxed stay

We wanted a place within an easy stroll of the Bodega to see The Whisky Flowers. The location of this fabulous apartment, and the band, were fabulous. Thanks for hosting us- I will definitely recommend this great accommodation.

Very plesant and spacious apartment. Juliet was flexible with our check in and check out times. She communicated very well and promptly. We initially could not find the cuttlery but she replied promptly to my message explaining where to find them. Overall a very pleasant place, where we had a lovely stay. We found it a bit pricey, though, which may have been linked to the location and the Easter weekend; I am not sure. Otherwise everything was really great. Thank you Juliet !

My husband and I stayed here to attend Newark Showground and it was a good distance. The accommodation was perfect and self-contained so we had the privacy needed as we returned late some nights. The flat was amazing and an excellent use of space to make it feel spacious and at home with everything you need for your stay. In particular, Sarah was very helpful and responsive and which made our trip so much more doable and easier. Thanks Sarah x

Wonderful clean flat , perfect quiet location, wonderful stay

A great apartment within walking minutes to the city centre. Clean and tidy, a comfy, linen fresh bed, full kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, washing up accessories if needed. Kieran was a great host, great speedy communication, very clear arrival instructions. A friendly gated apartment area, would recommend. Thank you Kieran.

Sam's place was really nice and and very well designed and decorated. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Sam is very helpful and her responses are really quick which was really kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to book again.

Stayed at Kirsty before. Its a convenient spot for us to stay at and see the grandchildren. Kirsty is a friendly host and the communication was excellent.

Great cosy basement room - everything spotless. Really easy to checkin in - lots of clear instructions. 5 minute (uphill!) walk to a lively parade of bars restaurants and shops. A lovely stay.

Simply put, it’s a great place. Had such a relaxing few days, the town in which it’s located is beautiful. Our host, Martin was making sure we were absolutely comfortable. It’s a seven minute drive from Oakham from all the restaurants and bars and there’s a nice bar/restaurant close to the house within a couple of minutes walk I will definitely be staying again. + On the positive side, as with other Mihir's apartments, its very clean, perfectly well equipped, modern, comfortable. We enjoyed the nice TV set with subscriptions to Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen is amazing and complimentary coffee and others treats were much appreciated. The 2 bedrooms are clean with quality sheets and mattresses. The bathrooms are just perfect. Arrival is in full autonomy with clear instructions provided. Congratulations to Mihir for his dedication to being a great host providing a comfortable experience to his guests - As mentioned in the description, the neighbourhood is not very nice (dark alleys, pigeons everywhere, seemingly abandoned buildings). On top of that there happened to be big construction works next door and it was very noisy on Monday and Tuesday, beginning at 7:30AM

Amazing place. Will absolutely stay here again. A peaceful retreat amidst the busy city. Great location and great for people watching.
