We really enjoyed our stay in the beautifully renovated Fortville home (or so I assume, the house is in an older neighborhood but with brand new exterior and everything interior)! Troy communicated clearly and consistently with us as we were enroute for a late evening arrival, and also while at the house. The instruction book was clear and simple, while the house was spotless, cozy and stocked with all essentials and even snacks/drinks/coffee which was so helpful as grocery stores are not particularly close by. The adjustable beds were a special treat too. There is some traffic and train noise, but not enough to bother at night. A totally wonderful experience and we hope to return as we visit family and friends in the area!

What a sweet location just outside of Greensburg. A perfect mix of city and country! The owner lives next door and has a flower business on the other side of their home. The kitchen had everything needed to get started on your day——even half a dozen farm fresh eggs in the fridge! There were plenty of towels for our family. We highly recommend their place for a peaceful getaway while you’re taking care of business in the Greensburg vicinity!

She was amazing! We struggled to enter due to wrong code but as soon we messaged her, she replied me back quickly and unlocked the door then fixed the issue within 10 mins. The place is small but very cute! Just perfect for a couple who want to spend quality time in an intimate setting.

Very nice place. Exactly as described. Brenda was great to work with and allowed me to check in early when a snowstorm canceled my job for the day. Appreciate the hospitality!

There a some folks that might over-look a place like the Country Cottage but I am sure glad that my country-girl radar spotted this diamond in the rough. It was tranquil, with modern amenities of WiFi and cable. We appreciated having family together for a few days to enjoy the outdoor BBQ (We got the gas grill cooking!), the space to sit around a family dinner table and watch movies. Laundry was an added bonus too to clean and pack back up clothes and the ironing board came in handy for a semi-formal family affair in nearby Rushville. Our dog Floyd had everything a dog could want; a big yard to explore, creek to splash-in and all the smells of nature to sniff out. I truly hope to return one-day to visit our family again or to add it as a stop on our next motorcycle excursion. Thank you to our hostess and family for making it feel like home, we hope you enjoy the lovely floral bouquet we left behind as they were certain to not make long twelve hour trip back home.

A beautiful house in a pond. Great stay for a family or friends. We went fishing kayaking and paddleing in the pond and my son caught about 4-5 fish for the first time.
