What a serene and peaceful location, I've been visiting this area for 12 years and this is the 1st Airbnb we really didn't want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed how private and tranquil the whole space was, besides some visits from a very friendly dog and of course a warm welcome from Fabien and his daughter we saw nobody else for the entirety of our stay. Fabien went out of his way to offer us any support we needed, and we couldn't recommend his place more! It's the perfect location for a family stay, and our only regret is that we didn't have more time to stay explore the local surroundings. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you again Fabien! we hope to see you next year.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement est très agréable et très bien équipé. L'extérieur est un vrai plus et le lotissement est calme. Il y a de nombreuses balades à proximité et notamment le plan d'eau qui est très agréable ☺️ Nous recommandons à 100%

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis chez Roz. La maison est très belle, propre, spacieuse. Tout est prévu (linge de lit, serviettes, etc). Des petites attentions nous attendaient, c’est un plus que l’on a beaucoup apprécié. Les nombreuses activités disponibles sur place nous ont bien occupé, nous n’avons pas quitté la maison du week-end : piscine, jacuzzi, billard, ping-pong, fléchettes, etc. Petite dédicace à Bob qui nous a très bien accueilli !

Malgré un soleil pas au rdv nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très cozy avec notamment une chambre dont il est difficile de sortir tellement elle est agréable. Valérie et Eric sont des hôtes attentionés, agréables, discrets quand il faut, présents quand il faut. Un vrai plaisir d'échanger avec eux, un super accueil de leur part. L’accès aux sentiers de randonnées à la porte du gîte et à la Vienne au fond du jardin sont des atouts indéniables, sans compter le Spa bien sur. Nous reviendrons nous ressourcer ici avec plaisi ☺️ Julien & Perrine

Le gîte est parfait. Cadre paisible, jardin totalement clôturé idéal pour animaux de compagnie. Équipements très complet et le gîte est d'une propreté irréprochable. L'arrivée et le départ sont facilité par des hôtes réactifs et d'un acceuil chaleureux. Le jaccuzi est un vrai plus . Si nous revenons dans le coin on reviendra sans hésitation.

Diese Unterkunft und ihr Gastgeber sind etwas sehr besonderes. Man fühlt sich direkt so Willkommen und zudem hat Didier uns jederzeit mit Tips und netten Gesprächen die Zeit versüßt. Die Unterkunft lädt zum entdecken ein, ist sehr kunstvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie versprüht einen ganz bestimmten Charme, wirklich traumhaft. Sicherlich gibt es beim nächsten Besuch noch mehr zu entdecken. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich inspirierend und die Ruhe des Hauses gekoppelt mit der friedvollen Umgebung lassen einen den Stress des Alltags vergessen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis avec des enfants. Le logement est bien équipé, au calme, parfait pour 2 familles. La piscine avec sauna et jacuzzi est l’endroit parfait pour adultes et enfants. La présence du parc de jeu a fait le bonheur des enfants. Nous remercions Daphnée et Blaise pour leur accueil. Nous recommandons chaudement pour toutes les personnes cherchant une semaine au calme.

An excellent stopover on the drive from Saint-Malo to Spain. Easy to find, close to the motorway south, beautiful property, and a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed a glass of wine and dinner on the patio. Even the rain the following morning didn't take the shine off a wonderful stay. Perfect for those travelling with a dog. Would recommend highly and would 100% stay again.

Très jolie maisonnette au calme avec pleins de chouettes animaux. Parfait pour une escale sur notre route. Notre chienne s'y est également sentie comme chez elle🙂. Brigitte est une hôte très accueillante.

Une superbe petite maison de campagne nichée au cœur d'un village qui vous fait voyager dans le temps. Jeannette et son mari font preuve d'une grande hospitalité.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bett war bequem. Besonders hat mir die perfekt eingerichtete Küche gefallen, es war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und es war mir möglich mein Fahrrad mit rein zu nehmen. Sehr hilfsbereit und nett! Perfekte Unterkunft 👍🏻

We had a fantastic stay with Marc Andre and Chantal! Wonderful accommodation on a spacious property with a private pool, tennis court, and table tennis table. We had great contact with Marc Andre and Chantal, both before and during our stay. They let us borrow their bikes and gave us various tips for sights and restaurants. Absolutely recommended, and if it's on our route again, we would love to return!

Collete was friendly and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 4,very peaceful and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We loved the pool and outdoor dinning area which has a bar and BBQ. What made the house stand out were all the small and thoughtful touches: shower gels and soaps, charcoal for the BBQ, homemade (delicious) madeleines and free eggs and a friendly cat! Thank you, we will be back next year.

Super séjour en famille pour les fêtes de fin d’année, on se sent bien dans la maison, l’impression d’être chez soi et tellement apaisant !

Court séjour chez Gérard et Roselyne, personnes très accueillantes et sympathiques comme le sont toutes les personnes que je connais dans ce coin de Charente. Bel appartement très propre, calme et confortable. Nous retenons l'adresse pour une visite ultérieure.

We had a brilliant two weeks at Philippe’s gite. It is located in a charming village with good amenities- bakery/shop, restaurant/bar, public tennis courts and lovely cycle rides and walks right on the doorstep. The weather was hot and sunny and we enjoyed the refreshing pool and outdoor dining areas. Everything has been carefully arranged for the comfort of guests and philippe was welcoming and discreet. Would highly recommend this for a family or group of families to visit. A bit of a drive to sightseeing places but we found lots of nice parks and the little lake nearby was lovely!

Thank you both for hosting us, we had a great time during our 6 night stay.! The location is a rural retreat that is rich with nature. Our children (10 and 8) loved trying to catch the frogs around the lake, and the lizards that sunbathed on the paths. We saw toads, birds of prey, and dragonflies, and heard kingfishers and owls. The lake was magical, reminded me of the famous Redmire pool in the UK. Lots of carp showing on the surface. I had some memorable fishing sessions trying to outwit them! The pool was clean and safe with a shallow end. We all spent a lot of time in there on the hot days! Games room a fun edition, we enjoyed ping pong and darts. We didn't try golf but saw others playing. Accommodation was well equipped, especially the kitchen which even had a garlic press and full bbq utensils including wooden skewers. Shower nice and powerful. Everything spotlessly clean. We had a bbq most nights which was provided on the patio. We would recommend!
