The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. KEY FEATURES - One bedroom – upstairs, with kingsize double and single bed, space for travel cot. - One shower room/toilet – downstairs. - Sleeps up to three, and infant. - Private outside terrace area with view, shared use of 1.5 acre secure meadow & gardens. - Dogs welcome, two maximum, small additional charge. - Young children welcome (but you may need to bring a stairgate for safety). - Smart TV (Netflix, iPlayer, Freesat etc). - Good-quality broadband/Wi-Fi (free). - Induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge (freezer available if required), dishwasher. - Dining table for four, two leather sofas. - Washing machine (and use of dryer if required). - Underfloor heating (powered by eco-friendly air source heat pumps). - Wood burner, first basket of logs free. Hilltop Hideaway is a perfect romantic getaway set in the tranquil Forest of Dean. Newly converted, bedroom, shower room and an open plan kitchen/lounge. Alabaster Lodge is a detached lodge, built in 2023, situated on the owner’s 14-acre working farm. Set within the Wye Valley AONB with fabulous far reaching views of the rolling countryside. Warm and cosy, with full central heating, the lodge is an all year round destination for cyclists, walkers and nature enthusiasts. Uninterrupted views of the Wye Valley, where you can catch sight of birds of prey, including the beautiful red kites who can often be seen hovering over the fields on the farm.

A stunning panoramic view awaits you at Nuthatch Cottage. This gorgeous, unspoilt haven is located in Mitcheldean, the enclave of the Forest of Dean and a locals-only spot in Gloucestershire. This 2 bedrooms house was built with natural Cotswolds stone. The entire house is secluded with a hot tub and has a luxuriously charming feel. It is perfectly situated to enjoy what the picturesque local area has to offer. The local shops, restaurants, and attractions are only a five-minute drive away.

Peaceful Stone Cottage among fabulous gardens

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Our cottage is a charming converted stone stable. Unwind beneath oak beams or relax in the oak framed west-facing sunroom - perfect for relaxing on the rare 4 seater 'Bishops Pew' after exploring the Forest. Ruardean is the birthplace of ‘Horlicks’ and the ‘Who Killed The Bears’ mystery. It is an ideal Forest & Wye Valley base with a shared garden, secure bike storage, and parking (EVC available). The Old Bakehouse

Wythall is a half-timbered Manor House in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tasting and vineyard tours are available via appointment. The Old Bakehouse is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, this cosy getaway is a professionally converted and exquisitely decorated annex to our main property. This conversion was completed in 2022. PLEASE NOTE... You are welcome to use the woodburner during the summer months (May - Sept inclusive) but I do not supply firewood during this period. Please bring your own supplies of firelighters, kindling and logs if you would like an inside fire during the summer.
