It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

In the leafy suburb of Engadine, in Sydney's south, our property is located on the doorstep of the Royal National Park and Heathcote National Park. 100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.
