Bunny Cottage has beautiful gardens, is surrounded by water on 3 sides, and has peek-a-boo views of Wingaersheek Beach from the bedroom window. Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

In the heart of historic downtown Ipswich, the John Brewer house has been a family home since 1680! This fully renovated apartment features many modern amenities, like hi-speed internet, 50" and 55" televisions with streaming channels. There is parking for two cars, and we are a short walk to Market Street, the commuter rail to Boston, a large park for children, and many fantastic local restaurants. Drive to Boston or Maine in 45 mins; Salem or Gloucester in 30 mins; Crane Beach in 10 mins!

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.
