Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua CBD. The guesthouse is set in our back garden along with our 3 chooks & 9 year old Golden Lab Rex & new puppy Alfie. The space is private, with double bedroom & comfy queen bed & basic ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, a small smart TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & ample love for our wee rustic home.

I am offering a quiet accommodation on a 2ha lifestyle property that supports a sustainable, self-sufficient life and has breathtaking lake views. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.
