Quiet neighbourhood, with lake close by. Guests have the entire ground floor apartment to themselves with separate entrance door and private access to courtyard and lovely garden (my husband and I live upstairs). Close to Skyline Skyride/gondola, Rainbow Springs, Mitai, Canopy Tours and other tourist spots. Free Wifi. Great heating. Cereal, Milk, fresh Plunger-coffee, Tea variety, but no-cooking facilities. The View Apartment in Rotorua

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the incredible view over the whole of Rotorua. You are in the city but it feels like you are in the middle of lush farmlands, with our best local attractions just a few minutes away. Rokena Spa is a fully self-contained, high quality, peaceful, secure and warm apartment. Private entry (off a large timber deck with an overhead pergola), is to the spacious dining and living areas with adjacent sleeping areas, bathroom and kitchenette. The walls contain original NZ art. It has a spa pool and gas bbq on your deck, plus internet, Sky television, sole-use Wi-Fi, 2 bikes and 2 car parks. Knowledgeable owners are available on-site, in the upperlevel apartment.

Addictive View

Unwind in this peaceful setting. Wonderful lakeside view. Watch the sun set from your deck. Bird-watching. In a quiet neighborhood approx 10min to town, easy to get to all attractions. The studio is well equipped and comfortable. A kayak is available. Guests comment that "the view was amazing. Waking up with the view of the lake was super nice. Nice modern apartment." “I am reluctant to rave about this place too much as, selfishly, I don't want it to become too popular"

Our studio apartment is located at beautiful Lake Okareka and is approximately 100m walk from its shores. The central location is in close proximity to the Whakarewarewa Forest for Mountain Biking and walks, Lake Tarawera, the Okataina walkway and cycle track as well as the Redwoods and an approximate drive of 12 - 15 minutes to the Rotorua CBD. It is perfect for couples and solo adventurers, there is also a fold out couch that is suitable for an extra person/child.

Luxury apartment, hot tub & free wifi

Luxury two bedroom self contained apartment. Quality bed linens and towels. Hot tub, unlimited wifi. The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.
