A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

What a lovely place to stay! Sandra and her daughter were always warm, welcoming and helpful. My dog loved the yard, and the surroundings were so peaceful. The apartment has everything we needed and more.

We loved our stay here! Leslie was very easy to communicate with. Beach is not walking distance but a very short drive with nice amenities. Home had extra beach chairs, and pool/beach items such as noodles and boogie boards. Home was everything we expected and more. Beds were super comfy and AC extra cold. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful home! We could not have asked for anything more. Close to beaches and shopping. Perfect home to enjoy the Florida sun and your own pool. Check in and out was simple and Dave was super easy to Correspond with. Hoping to make this a yearly trip.

Our stay this week at "Our American Dream" was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. This charming abode turned out to be the perfect choice for our vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with the warm and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The location of this Airbnb is an absolute gem. With an array of restaurants, the allure of Siesta Key Beach, and the vibrant activities of Downtown Sarasota all within a stone's throw, we found ourselves spoiled for choice when it came to things to do. The convenience of being in proximity to national parks and shopping malls was also a noteworthy advantage, making it so easy to explore the area. Walking into the home, we were immediately taken by the thoughtfulness put into the recent renovations. The modern kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances including a washer and dryer, proved to be a handy addition to our stay. What a beautiful place to stay! It was so comfortable and quiet. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome! We were 10 minutes from anything we needed. Great location and pleasant owners. They quickly responded to any of our questions. Would definitely reserve again.

Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

This is the second year in a row that our family stayed here for Christmas break. It's spacious for all of us with 2 young boys. My son loves the fishing in the canal and we all love relaxing on the lanai while the kids swim. It is the warmest pool we have ever had for swimming. We enjoyed our stay as we transitioned from one home to another. The host was responsive and fixed any issues immediately. We made it through 2 hurricanes safely, and it was a great location. The pool was a nice addition to enjoy as well.

Very niece location with easy walk to great restaurants. This home was private and well taken care of. Very kind hosts who were accommodating. Loved the private patio area.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Well laid out home. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, pots, coffee pot and Keurig. Very clean home. Neighborhood was very quiet.

After seeing all of the beautiful pictures & glowing reviews, we went to The Palms on Shamrock with high expectations. We were NOT disappointed!! It really felt as if we were guests in Greg & Tracy’s home instead of renters. That same courtesy extended to our fur baby as well. I was a flight attendant for 25 years so our family has traveled a lot. This vacation was special. None of us wanted to leave. It’s easy to see why they have so many return guests. The Bradley family will definitely be back 🤗

Amy and Elena were so helpful and kind. We were missing a cooler and they had one delivered for us right away. Amy is very quick to respond before and during our trip. We had a wonderful time. We felt like we were pretty central to several beaches. We never did figure out the walk to the beach route, but driving around was easy.

Lovely quiet neighborhood, extremely clean. The decor is a little out dated & probably needs a little brighting up. But we have no complaints about our stay. Very happy!!!

The home was very spacious and comfortable. Because I do a lot of cooking, I was grateful the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking glassware, and lots of cooking utensils. The rest of the house was also well-stocked--plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai area had plenty of seating and was a great area to hangout around the pool. We had family visit for a week and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Jennifer was great to work with--good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful.

The place was great walk 4 minutes to the beach and all of the stores and entertainment. The place was very clean when we got there plenty of towels to use. Felt like a mini home.

Tom's place is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and spacious. It has everything you need to prepare meals. We used the pool everyday. Living on the canal was peaceful and relaxing. Tom is a great host and very responsive. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning next year.

Great place! Very clean, responsive with any issues. The only huge bummer was there was nothing except towels for the beach (chairs, umbrella, softer, etc) as we’ve had in every other place we have stayed in.
