The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

Bus routes (95 & 52) run every 10 minutes to the universities, city centre and train station. Taxis from the station are approx. £6-£8. The Peak District is 15 minutes away by car. Located on Green Lane, traffic is busy at peak times of the day, however this private studio is perfect for access to the Peak District. There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

The Annexe

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.

Bright and modern extension with ensuites

A lovely bright and modern extension that is fitted to high spec. The space has light, modern decor and is cosy. Both the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. On the ground floor is the kitchen and dinning area. At the back is a small area with access to the outside patio and a lovely walled garden. Ideal for friends or family. The area is safe, green and offers travel such as bus to the Peak District and the city centre. Shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

Yeldwood Farm Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion on our farm, just outside Baslow. The self-catering cottage sleeps 2 guests, in a Super-King size (or Twin) master bedroom. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Cosy and private attic space available in a comfortable Victorian house, 30 minutes from jct 29 of the M1. We are very close to the Peak district, just 10 minutes away by car, and Graves Park and woods are behind the house. We live on a main bus route, with cinema's, theatres, Climbing works, and other venues, and the city easily accessible. Local cafe's, pubs, micropub's and independent shops are also a minutes walk away in this thriving location of Woodseats.
