It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Queen Bed, built-ins with storage/hanging space. Small Ensuite (shower and toilet), kitchenette with fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. 8 minute drive to Hobart CBD and easy access to Metro Buses and Derwent Ferry. 15 minutes to Hobart International Airport. Basic provisions (milk, bread etc) and linen provided.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

On the river at picturesque Rose Bay, "Marana" is a luxury home with an amazing view. Enjoy the vista of the Tasman Bridge & magnificent Mount Wellington. With 4 bedrooms, we do not allow guests on lounges or the floor. Maximum 8 guests. No parties & no functions. Requests to use the house for other purposes like weddings/photos etc must be approved prior to booking. With direct access to the river and no fencing, it’s unsuitable for pets or small children. Rose's Boutique Apartment

A sophisticated and private apartment with an art gallery feel that is very light and well equipped. Views of the bridge from upstairs and close to the riverside walking track. 7 min drive from the CBD. There is a small table within the lounge-room space since there is not a separate dining area in the kitchen. The apartment is ideal for 2 but will accommodate 3 since there is a double bed in the second bedroom but limited storage. There is a childproof gate at the bottom of the stairs.
