One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

L'appartamento si trova a Pera - San Giovanni di Fassa. A piano terra; con cucina-soggiorno, 3e camere da letto, 2 bagni. Parcheggio privato, giardino, locale per eventuale deposito sci. Zona tranquilla, nelle vicinanze delle seggiovie che portano nella zona sciistica del Catinaccio e vicino a Pozza. Siamo vicini alla fermata dello Skibus e della Trentino Trasporti. In base al numero di ospiti ci riserviamo di chiudere qualche stanza (es. per una persona lasciamo un bagno ed una camera)

Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente, situato a 50 metri dal Centro di Campitello, ha sede vicino all'impianto della funivia per escursioni d'estate e sciate d'inverno. Esso si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi metri da negozi, ristoranti, parcogiochi, passeggiate e centro sportivo. Il parcheggio davanti all'appartamento è gratuito e privato per gli ospiti. E' di 28mq. A 2 Km da Canazei, 45 Km da Bolzano, 100 Km da Trento e circa 40 Km da Cavalese di Fiemme.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Large wooden living room, renovated in fall 2019 with double sofa bed, with flat screen TV, well-equipped electric kitchenette with microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and kettle, dishwasher. My flat is situated in the Grand Hotel Carezza complex, a historical 19th century building chosen as a summer residence by Empress Elisabeth of Austria (Sissi). In winter time there are more than 40 km of ski slopes while in the summer it offers lovely walks in the woods, horseback riding, mountain bike and cycling, tennis courts and a golf course. Our new apartments are located at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi in a sunny and quiet location surrounded by greenery, 900m from the village center of Siusi. The apartments are modern, very bright and spacious, furnished with great attention to detail in modern Alpenflair. Each apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace with garden.

Der Moandl Hof ist seit über 100 Jahren im Besitz der Familie Goller. Traditionell leben wir von der Milchwirtschaft und mit Dezember 2016 bieten wir in unserem neu errichteten Bauernhaus erstmals auch Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof an.
