One block off highway 138, within minutes of a coffee shop, 3 restauraunts and a bar and grill. Single serve coffee maker, electric skillet, microwave, and a mini fridge. This lower floor unit has been nicely updated and is furnished with everything you will need for your stay .(5 including washer and dryer. It is centrally located and within walking distance to city center which boasts great little shops and many nice restaurants. The beautiful Oregon coast is only about an hour away. Explore Douglas Counties many hiking trails and water falls or enjoy a day of fishing in the beautiful Umpqua River that runs through Roseburg.

Built in 1955 and remodeled with modern comforts, this 2 bedroom, light filled home has been updated throughout and has comfortable furnishings. The home sleeps 2-6 comfortably and is in an ideal location. It is within walking distance to parks, businesses, grocery stores and several restaurants. A short drive to fishing, hiking, wine tasting and the Wildlife Safari. You'll find the home to be comfortable and cozy with all the amenities you'll need.
