This is a newly listed, newly renovated and ideally located fully self contained unit. You will be close to everything when you stay at Boardwalk by the Bay. A one minute stroll to the boardwalk gets you on the beach or continue walking to the jetty, restaurants, cafes and shops. This compact and cosy 2 bedroom unit on the beach side of the road has everything you could need for a quick getaway or extended holiday to explore the many attractions the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom cottage. A short 5 minute walk to the beach, cafe, shops & pier in quiet sort after area. A nice sunlit front yard which is fully fenced. NBN wifi at the house. The Beach Cottage is offered without linen so guests have the option to supply their own and save. The booking does NOT INCLUDE LINEN or TOWELS. It can be supplied for: Queen $30 & Single $20 with towels. (We supply: doonas/pillows, toilet paper, soap etc) $50 p/n each guest over 4 NO SCHOOLIES*

The perfect base to explore beaches, wineries, hot springs & surrounds. The Beachside Hideaway is offered without linen so guests have the option to supply their own and save. Our home is child and pet friendly, securely fenced and only a very short walking distance, (less than 5 minutes), to the beach, cinema, supermarket, cafes and Rosebud pub. . An additional living area at the back, has a second TV, a couch and bar fridge. The second bedroom is large and the queen bed can be curtained off from the bunks. Wifi, and FREE NETFLIX are available. Spacious shower, separate toilet. Baby high chair and we have a portacot. Air conditioned and with ceiling fans.

There is a deck with a bbq and a small private yard. The Unit is not suitale for schoolies.

We offer a modern, private, two bedroom guesthouse to accommodate 4 guests. 5th guest is welcome on request for an extra fee, but you'll need to provide your own sleeping arrangements for the extra guest. The Guesthouse is attached to the rear of our property. It is safe, private, and unique. You'll be close to some of the best wineries, restaurants, cafes, the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, and Alba Springs, as we are situated in the heart of the Peninsula.
