Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. Four miles from the beautiful seaside resort of St Ives on the north coast and four miles from Stunning Mounts bay and St Michaels Mount on the south coast our studio gives ample opportunity to explore the south wests coastline. St Erth Trainline is half a mile away and there is a bus stop at the end of our lane making the rest of the Cornish countryside easy to access.

The loft is down a private lane which is very quiet with stunning rural views, it is nestled under The National Trust renowned beauty spot, Trencrom Hill. Parking for a car and a sitting out area. It is above a garage so has restricted height. A perfect location to explore West Cornwall with a short 10 minute drive to St Ives and Penzance and many well know beaches including Gwithian and Mounts Bay
