The village of Mendocino is a magical seaside retreat. A perfect get away from the bustle of city life. This unique building is a modern structure built in the shape of the water towers that dotted the village through the early 20th century.
This charming water tower was built in 1997 and is modeled on the water towers that were popular in the 1800's in Mendocino.
The downstairs is a full studio complete with Kitchen and bathroom. Bath facility is a shower no tub. White water ocean views from all rooms. The bed is a trundle and can sleep two. Above is a loft sleeping area good for child or young adult.
Upstairs bedroom, accessible by outside staircase, is a large bedroom with queen size bed and windows on all four sides.
Their is no TV available at the tower but there is a large library on the third floor.
The deck outside the main house is available for your use, as is the gas barbecue grill. In addition guests are welcome to use the bocce ball court in the yard.
