The apartment is a 55 m2 loft with a spacious 25 m2 balcony terrace. It has two divan (1.05m) beds plus a sofa/studio couch (2m x 90cm). The floors are laminate. It faces west and gets the afternoon sun. Also, there is a fully equipped independent kitchen. Décor is bright and relaxing with an oriental touch. There are plants and terrace furniture. It includes hot/cold individually controlled air-conditioning, wifi, music centre, telephone, TV with central satellite dish and DVD. The building comes with parking space, concierge, and 24 hour closed-circuit TV security and a café/restaurant.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed at the restaurant or apartment. It is possible to have daily housekeeping from the hotel with an extra cost.
