We are sorry for this problem and have now upgraded the apartment internet package from 50 to 100GB per month. The guest arrived on 21/06 and by 28/06 had used all the available internet, we added 5GB more but only till 29/06. On 01/07 the new month's allocation was available to them to use. From their messages to us we understaood that they had no internet just for 2 days over 28-30 June. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and hope it didn't spoil their holiday. And we hope that the upgrade will sort all future problems with this.
