Suite Ségur is an incredible apartment situated in a stone throw from UNESCO. This tastefully decorated 1270 Square Feet apartment is a mix of contemporary, ethnic and classical furnitures.The interior design perfectly reflects the wanderlust and artistic spirit of its owner, who is also a dance teacher.
Also worth mentioning, a big terrace embracing the south western part of Paris. Perfect for petit-déjeuner, déjeuner and diners. When you are aware that Suite Ségur is on the 8th floor, you almost reach Paris skies.
Last but not least, we also have to remind that Suite Ségur is located near Metro lines 6 and 10, which connect its guests to every major part of Paris.

I. Guests’ Responsibilities & Apartment Rules
The guest is responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of his/her party.
The guest is responsible for maintaining the Apartment in good condition.
The guest is expected to maintain the general cleanliness of the Apartment and take good care of all the furniture and appliances.
Furniture should be kept in place and not be moved. Furniture, furnishings, appliances, etc. should not be removed from property for any reason. If any property is damaged or lost, this should be reported as soon as it is known to the owner or his agent so that appropriate action can be taken to repair taken to repair or replace property.
The kitchen must be left clean upon departure. All dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. must be washed and stored. Garbage and extra food should be disposed of before departure. If the kitchen is not clean, the owner or his agent may charge additional fee to normal cleaning at check-out as appropriate and deduct these costs from the security deposit.
Garbage should be disposed in the backyard of the building.
No pets are allowed and no smoking is permitted in the Apartment.
We make every effort to maintain the Apartment in good condition at all times. If there are problems it is the duty of the guest to notify us.
Any complaints about the property upon arrival must be made by telephone, email, or in person to the owner or his agent within 24 hours of arrival so that the owner or agent can take appropriate steps to correct any problems.
Any problems that occur during the rental period should be reported immediately to the owner or his agent so appropriate action may be taken as they arise.
In the event of any dispute the French laws will have jurisdiction.
