A basic information is needed for this registration process. A clear copy of your photo identification such as a government issued Driver's License or a copy of passport for each guest staying in the unit is also required. The Registration process is seamless and entitles guest access to the unit as well as access to all amenities the property offers. This is property management requirement. Keys will be released once all documents are submitted.
A Guest Service representative will send you a Welcome Letter with your personalized Arrival & Departure Instructions.

NO PETS PERMITTED:
If any pet evidence is found you will immediately forfeit your security deposit and will be removed from property.
NO SMOKING PERMITTED:
All apartments are non-smoking units. Please do not smoke inside the apartment. If you smoke on balconies please fully close sliding door tightly to avoid any smoke penetrating back into apartment. If we determine the apartment smells like any tobacco product smoke, there is a $750 smoke smell removal against your security deposit.

Parties are NOT allowed on the premises or inside of the units. If there is evidence or we receive complaints of such an occurrence, the guest will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any resulting damages to the property.
Guests should not unplug or move any of the electronics or lighting fixtures inside of the apartment. This is for your own safety and for the safety and convenience of future guests. If you need to use a power outlet, please look for one that is not being used. Normally an outlet could be found near the TV or sofa.
Lost keys will incur a fee as follows:
$50 per key to have replacements made
$150 per electronic FOBs
$150 per parking decal
Guests shall comply with all house rules and regulations pertaining to the building in which the apartment is located, including but not limited to trash and recycling procedures, noise level limits and appropriate conduct within the building's public spaces.
