I live upstairs and am around when I'm not at work so I'm happy to answer questions and give recommendations about the area. I've lived in Boulder for 10 years and can give you information on just about everything from skiing, to mountain biking, road biking, hiking, climbing, farming, restaurants, and nightlife. I love meeting new people and am happy to chat for a minute but also like my privacy and respect yours. I occasionally enjoy the hot tub too and you may see me around working on various projects, playing with the dogs, or having a glass of wine on the deck at sunset with friends.
