Guests will be provided with towels, bedding, iron/ironing board, tea/coffee and other essentials like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.
The kitchen is brand new with high spec appliances including a coffee machine, ice machine and wine cooler. There is also a utility room with access to a washing machine.
We have both Netflix and Virgin allowing guests to access a huge selection of films, TV series, and documentaries all included within the basic cost.
There is space for a small car in the drive way at the front of the house, or free parking can be found on the next road along from ours.

The garden is a real sun trap and provides a lovely space for dining and chilling, and for kids to play. It's a project 'in process' so please don't expect it to be perfect
-Strictly no hen/stag parties.
-We have wooden floors throughout the new ground floor and would prefer it if guests took their shoes off in the porch.
-We love our house and would be very happy if you treat it with respect
