Check-In time is after 3:00 PM (or as soon as your rental home has been fully inspected and prepared for your arrival).
Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Upon check-out, please leave home in the same condition as when you arrived.
Electricity is to be paid by the guest (electricity meter readings will be recorded on the day of arrival in the presence of the guest).
Each reservation will be provided with two Multilock keys.
Non-returned keys will incur a $140.00 fee for a new lock purchase and installation.
Apartment description states the maximum number of people it sleeps, including children. This reflects the septic capacity of the property and beds in the home, and should never be exceeded. Additional guests must be approved in advance.
If you observe property damage, whether caused by a member of your party or not, you need to let us know. Just call or e-mail so we can document the damage. The most important thing is that we have the opportunity to make repairs and correct the situation so your vacation is not hampered and all is done properly for the next guests.
All breakage and damage to your rental home during your stay must be reported to our office before your departure so that we may settle the matter as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for and are expected to assume liability for any damage to the home and its’ contents, other than normal wear and tear, during their occupancy. The apartment will be inspected carefully after your departure, and your deposit will be adjusted if any damage is found.
To ensure the apartment is always clean, guests are expected to perform reasonable cleaning during their stay. Please leave furniture and other contents in original location and condition.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment.
In addition to regular cleaning before and after your stay, we are pleased to offer you the convenience of mid-week cleanings & trash removal during your stay. Ask for details and arrangements.

No fireworks of any kind allow on vacation apartment premises. No open fires are permitted.
