The functional and modern multi-tenanted building was architected from the ground up to be energy efficient, safe and functional with all the modern upgrades and conveniences one would reasonable expect at an affordable price. The building is perfectly situated in Edinburgh Gardens which is a 10-minute walk from downtown Chaguanas which has all the conveniences of the major banks, local markets, shopping malls and the traditional roadside vendors which add the local Caribbean charm.
The short term stay unit is on the second floor (South Facing) at the rear of the building and is equipped with a fully functional kitchen. It has a gas stove, standard size refrigerator, front loading washer and small appliances such as a kettle, toaster and a microwave. The kitchen has been outfitted with pots, pans, plates, flatware and glassware for two guests.
The sleeping area is an air-conditioned master bedroom with one queen size bed, cable television, Internet - WIFI, desk and seating area. There is a walk-in closet with ample space for all your clothing. There is an ensuite bathroom with the standard facilities such hot and cold water plumbing, toilet, stand up shower and a pedestal sink. All linens and towels are provided during your stay. For stays exceeding 7 days, linens can be refreshed on request.
There is a private rear balcony perfect for a nice evening retreat for relaxing on the 2nd floor of the building just outside the one bedroom suite. It’s the perfect area to have an enjoyable beverage and watching the sunset.
The building is a multi-tenanted building and the space around the exterior of the building is open for all residents
For any guests who have an active lifestyle there is a nearby outdoor running track and park that is fully illuminated at night and active during the daytime.

We enjoy meeting all guests, but we respect their privacy and space as well. Please feel free to interact with us as much, or as little as you'd like. The building has a Property Manager (my mom) who will receive all guests during the daytime. Late evening and night arrivals are facilitated via a Lock Box for key access.

I travel extensively for work staying over 6 months per year in all major chain hotels, motels and short term stay accommodations. Thus, the short-term unit has been designed with all the essentials for a business travel or a couple looking for a convenient and safe location while visiting family or attending an event in the area. The building has automatic gates and reserved parking for all residents and short term registered guests. CCTV cameras cover the perimeter of the building and burglar bars are on the windows and doors to prevent unauthorized entry. Smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers are part of the standard safety profile of the 100% non-smoking building.
Any guests who would like to indulge in excessive alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, disrespect for property and infringing on other residents right to peace and quiet; we cordially invite you to investigate the major chain hotels. These major chain hotels have bars, restaurants, swimming pools, party rooms and security personnel who are equipped to manage the risk of the associated activities.

No Pets are allowed on the property (interior of the dwelling as well within the property boundaries)

Video Surveillance & Recording on the exterior of the dwelling. The tenant agrees to the use of video surveillance and recording on the exterior of the dwelling by the landlord.
Storage or containment of goods/products
The tenant agrees to storage of legal goods/products within each unit. The tenant agrees to exclude the following items in particular from storage within the units:
1. Hazardous/toxic materials
3. Drugs (illegal or pharmaceutical not prescribed by a physician)
4. Non-registered (Illegal) Munitions (e.g. guns or ammunitions)
The tenant agrees to only parking for tenant vehicles within the designated parking locations.
Non Registered Guests (Visitors)
All non registered guests are not permitted parking within the premises. All non registered parking is on the road external to the property.
Loud Music and Entertainment
No loud music is allowed within the property. Any activities/celebrations or festivities need to be completed by 10:00 PM EST
