The condo offers every little detail from a comfy mattress & bedding for a good nights' sleep, to fresh towels, toiletries, a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, oven), hair-dryer, iron, en-suite Washer/Dryer, A/C, Cable TV, local phone, WI-FI and as a final touch, a Roland Electric Piano! PARKING SPOT in a heated, underground parking garage and car wash facilities included.

BUILDING: The condo is strictly non-smoking, but the building allows smoking on balconies. The building has it's own concierge service, dry-cleaning service, a 16-person theater room with reclining soft-leather seats, a state-of-the-art gym, party room with fireplace and large screen TV & WI-FI, large hot-tub and steam-room.

LOCATION: Next door to the Sheraton Eau Claire, 1 block away from the Westin, 6 blocks away from the C-Train, 7 blocks away from the Calgary Tower. Across the street from Eau Claire Market and Cineplex Theaters! All guests are expected to use the property and facilities for their own private use. A maximum of 3 adults in the unit. Children under 12 stay for free. Beds available (1-queen size & large living room couch).

A minimum 1 night stay - a cleaning charge of CAN $80 is applied towards every stay. One pre-set clean per week of stay in effect (negotiable). You may hold business presentations in the luxurious party-room on main level - ask me to help you with booking in advance. The use of all amenities is welcome and the're open from 6am - midnight.

Quick communication. Central location. Clean unit with all amenities. If you're ever in Calgary, we'd definitely recommend staying there.

Start to finish, Una makes the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Underground parking, tons of natural light, and a super clean and slick studio apartment. Would definitely come back!

A great, affordable place to stay downtown Calgary within walking distance to Stephen Ave shopping and dining. Transit/uber can take you anywhere else you want to go. Indoor parking was great. Overall it was a nice vacation to Calgary thanks to Una.

Great experience overall. Communication was effective, Una was very helpful. The location is great for a business trip, walking distance from the downtown offices and amenities. Nice apartment, had everything you need. Will definitely stay again.

I have been on Airbnb since 2013? That sounds so long, but the experience has been so fun, it sure doesn't feel like it.

I am host on here but also a guest sometimes. Wish I was a guest more often as that would mean I travel more ;) I love travelling and experiencing places from an authentic perspective!
