Upon entry the keys to the locker room are on a hook to the left. There's a bench to take your shoes off and you can store them underneath or under a bench in the living room.
Three flat screen TV's are located in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. We have a premium cable package with many options for everyone and wifi is included.
The full Kitchen includes cookware, tableware, coffee maker, initial supply of coffee, initial supply of sweeteners, toaster, ice maker, salt & pepper, oven mitts, dish towels, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.
The charming gas fireplace goes on with a flip of a switch and the sofa pulls out to a queen-sized sleeper. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. An iron and ironing board are in the closet although you’ll be in your ski gear most of the time, right?
The private balcony can be accessed through the living room. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to cook a meal away from home.
The two full baths have everything you need including hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, etc. No need to use your bath towels for the pool and spa, those can be found in the locker room accessible with your room key card.
The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed while the master has a king. The master en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with a door separating the toilet area for added privacy.
Each floor has a coin operated washer/dryer for your convenience, a hot tub and pool only for building guests, pool table, gym, and steam room. Other buildings in the village share many of these amenities.
4 to 5-minute walk to gondola, one of the more exclusive buildings (less congestion during peak seasons), 2 high-speed elevators, heated parking garage, free wireless internet, eight-person hot tub, year-round heated pool, steam room, fitness facilities, recreation room, outdoor fire pit, gas grill, ski lockers, coin-operated washers and dryers, location: River Run Village.

In the village you’ll find limited grocery basics, liquor, ATM’s, restaurants (breakfast/lunch/dinner), bars, a variety of shopping, and coffee shops.
A short car ride away in Dillon (5 miles) and Silverthorne (6 miles) you’ll find banks, the post office, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sports Authority, many more restaurants and shops, FedEx, medical services, grocery, liquor, gas, restaurants, outlet shopping, a movie theater, hiking and biking golf, and Dillon Marina.
As our second home, we hope you enjoy it (and respect it) as much as you do your own home. Both animals and smoking (even on the balcony) are prohibited. Please remove shoes in the entry way and put on your boots in the ski locker room where your personal locker is. We just renovated the condo and would like to keep the floors looking sharp.
