Charming and cozy private room with own entrance, bathroom and fireplace in rural cottage. Located in Co Wicklow, the Garden of Ireland close to Wicklow Mountains National Park, Glendalough and beautiful coastline with both sandy and rocky beaches. Only a 50 minute drive to Dublin airport and easy access to Dublin city. We are 3km from the village of Redcross which has its own micro brewery, Mickey Finn's, with ajoining restaurant and pub.
This is a cosy and comfortable private room with its own entrance through the garden. Is has its own fireplace and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Big and comfy bed. There is a little kitchen nook with fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, which we leave fully stocked for breakfast, but in which our guests can also prepare lunch and other light meals.
The second double bed is in another bedroom which is located upstairs and is accessed through our living room.
Guests have their own entrance to come and go as they please and are welcome to explore the house and garden and relax either in front of their own fire in the winter or enjoy some sunbathing in the garden in the summer.

I'm Sara, orginially from Germany but living in Ireland for nearly 6 years with my little family. I study English Literature and History of Art in Dublin. My boyfriend James, a true Wicklow man, our cat Molly and dog Buddi and I are living in the beautiful Wicklow countryside. We love to hike the mountains, work in our garden, where we grow our own vegetables or go for icy swims in the Irish sea :).
We really like to travel, meet new people and interesting cultures. Airbnb is a great way to meet new people and hosting guests is like travelling without leaving your home :)
