I love this house because of it's romantic Georgian charm and quiet garden setting. It is so close to the centre of everything and yet retains a feel of the countryside due to it's Conservation area status and no-through road, leading to a church.
This is a charming period Georgian town house with six bedrooms, located just a short stroll into Penzance Town, in a quiet, peaceful no-through road leading to a church and with no passing traffic. It is in a Conservation Area overlooking the mature terrace gardens and from the first floor bedrooms views of the sea and harbour are seen over the rooftops of the town. It retains character features typical of its age and type, high ceilings, paneled doors, period fireplaces, picture rails and deep skirting boards. It has original Georgian sash windows and shutters.
There is also the benefit of off road parking for two vehicles and a delightful walled garden.

I live in Penzance with my children and husband Leo, we love it for the amazing wildlife, spectacular beaches and the artistic people. I work at the Newlyn & Exchange International gallery in town and love the cultural scene that it provides. I play tennis regularly at Penzance Tennis Club and run a world foods cookery club where we meet once a month to make and taste our masterpieces. My husband is deeply involved in the music scene of Penzance and regularly plays and watches music in the vast array of pubs and public spaces available in our interesting and versatile town.
