As you enter the home, one is greeted by an open living space that draws the eyes to each end of the house, caramel travertine stone flooring, a gourmet kitchen at its heart, leading to a striking dining area and separate bedroom wings. High ceilings and large clerestory windows allow occupants to enjoy amazing views of the desert, while resting on new modern furniture that is both striking and comfortable.
The views within are equally compelling with walls of rare Zebra wood and Mahogany and contemporary art from some of California’s great young artists. Allowing for every modern convenience a central sound system connects each room of the main living area with an independent control system and recessed speakers. High speed wireless web access is also available throughout the house.
Each bedroom is set in different parts of the home offering privacy and views of the pool and yards. This property’s beauty is fully realized as you step out into the enclosed yard accented by an eight foot ficus hedge assuring occupants complete privacy, whether relaxing in its heated pool, in-ground raised spa or enjoying the luxury of its private outdoor shower.
The Media Room features a 42 inch Sony TV and a comfortable modern sofa and matching chair to relax in while watching a movie or playing a game. This room’s large sliding glass doors open onto the rear-yard’s patio and pool area. As with many rooms in the house the media room has independent sound system controls and a remote Jandy System control pad for the pool and spa.
TERMS: Holiday and Special Event rates may be higher and higher minimum nightly stay may apply (4-5 nights). Separate rental contract required, No renters under 25 years of age, no smoking indoors, no parties, outdoor music is not permitted (by city law), pets may be authorized with a $100.00 Pet Fee per pet. Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Optional pool heating available - $50.00 per day, $250.00 per week, actual utilities paid for reservations 28 days or longer. Separate City Tax 11.5% required.

Important Vacation Rental Regulations in Palm Springs -
MUSIC ‐ All music is prohibited outside at a Vacation Rental property at all times of the day.
POOL ‐ Being in the pool is fun. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level as to not impact neighbors when occupying the Vacation Rental.
CONDUCT ‐ Creating any unlawful disturbance, engaging in disorderly conduct at the Vacation Rental property is prohibited.
NIGHT TIME ‐ At your discretion please consider moving indoors after 10pm to help preserve the quiet neighborhoods. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices and do not exceed the established allowed levels. Our neighborhoods are very quiet at night. The City may issue a citation if the noise level is recorded above allowed levels.
OCCUPANCY ‐ Please abide by the occupancy limits set in your reservation.
PARKING ‐ Please utilize driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle(s) before using street parking. There is a limitation on parking. Only one (1) vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time.
HOUSEKEEPING/MAINTENANCE - Guest agrees to notify Oasis Rentals upon check-in or within 24 hours of any housekeeping complaint or property maintenance issue, including pool heating. Failure to do so precludes any courtesy consideration. RATE ADJUSTMENT/ COMPENSATION WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF REPORTED ISSUE IS NOT FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
POOL AND HOUSE SAFETY : Guest is exclusivley responsible for pool safety for you, your children and invitees. Guest acknowledges that the safety of yourself, your guests, children or pets depends on you. Pools, spas, fire pits and BBQ's are serious safety risks and hazards - including injury or death - if not used with attentive care and caution. By booking this home on AIRBNB you are fully aware of and assume the risk for yourself, your party and for any guests or invitees during your lease. We are not responsible for accidents. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY (ACTIVE OR PASSIVE) OASIS RENTALS, ITS OWNERS, MANAGEMENT OR EMPLOYEES, AND PROPERTY OWNER, FROM ANY HARM OR INJURY CAUSED BY USING THE POOL AND/OR SPA EQUIPMENT - OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE PROPERTY.
Oasis Rentals, at its sole discretion, may terminate this contract at any time and vacate a Tenant/Guest from property with no refund if Tenant/Guest violates any of the material terms listed above or if police or City enforcement has been dispatched to the property due to unruly behavior at the property or if Oasis Rentals, at its sole discretion, has grounds to believe that tenant may cause damage to property, or conduct illegal activity on property.

The "FINE PRINT" - All vacation rentals in Palm Springs and surrounding cities must follow very strict local vacation rental ordinances (laws) to remain in business, including strict occupancy limits (2 persons per bedroom), collection of separate local occupancy taxes (9% - 13%), party free homes, good neighbor policies, no outdoor music permitted at vacation rentals, renters must be over the age of 25 to book, and an actual rental contract must be signed with an ID provided for the responsible renter.
We understand that this may add a few extra steps to the speedy AirBnB booking process. We do hope that our ever present sunshine, amazing homes and pools, and stunning mountain views would make up for the extra steps. Please keep in mind that we don't make the local laws, we just follow them!!!
