This is a 2 bedroom unit with a separate full kitchen with granite counter top and all necessary cookware, plates, and utensils. There is a full size bed in one room and a queen size bed in the other room. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is one toilet, which is in a separate room from the shower/soaking tub, so you can take your time and soak and relax.



2 bedrooms at a great price near Waikiki, Diamond Head, and Kapiolani Park. Super comfortable in a great neighborhood.
Free street parking available in surrounding area.
Shower and tub is in a differnt room from the toilet and laundry.

Staying here puts you close to all of the action in Waikiki without the noise and busy traffic. All the comforts of home in a quiet neighborhood providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

.5 miles away from world famous Waikiki beach, 5 min walk to Safeway Shopping Center, 10 min walk to Leonard's Bakery! Many restaurants and shops nearby too.

There is free street parking available in surrounding area. This is a pet friendly property, so please be aware there may be pets on premises.

This is a non - smoking room and non-smoking property. We do not allow any smoking on property at all, no exceptions. Smoking in the room and/or on the property will result in a $200 fine per violation, which may be used to clean the odor from the unit.
This is pet friendly property. If you choose to bing your pet, you will be responsible to clean up after it. You are also responsible to watch your pet at all times and are not allowed to let your pet roam the property freely. I will not be held liable for any incidents involving your pet.
Please remove your shoes when entering the unit. It is a local Hawaiian custom which everyone follows, and will help keep the unit clean.
Please wash sand from feet, towels, & body as much as possible. Sand accumulates easily in the unit & can clog the shower drain. Please DO NOT flush food down the toilet because it can clog the drain. When you check out, please throw away your garbage. tropical weather spoils food and odors grow quicker than usual. Please respect our place as you would your own.
Lock out fee of $25.00 . Lost key $50.00.
NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY. The driveway is for owner.
Check in is from 3 pm and check out is by 11 am.

We just recently stayed at this home for about a week and a half and we would definitely recommend it. PROS: 1) A/C in every room (living room and the 2 bedrooms). Slightly loud, but we are heavy sleepers and after a long day in the heat the noise did not bother us at all. Just happy to be home with A/C 2) Washer and dryer (big plus) 3) Very unique setup in the bathroom, but it worked out for us. Two showers in one bathroom, and the toilet is in a separate bathroom with the washer and dryer. 4) Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, stove, microwave, etc). 5) Spacious living room with a pull out couch if needed. 6) Good size bedrooms. 7) Extra storage / closet type in the bathroom where washer and dryer is. CONS: 1) Only con I would say-- No designated parking. Which we didn't mind at all actually. Living in a downtown environment, we are used to this. You don't have to walk far to find parking.

This home is beautifully renovated and in the most perfect location!! I read some bad reviews and don't agree with any of them. The only challange was the parking situation, but it was never a big deal. If you stay at hotel you would have the same issue and have to walk just as far to get to your room and have to pay a parking fee on top of that. The location is remarkably convenient, and the host was amazing!! Richard made me feel comfortable, and the communication was excellent. He was extremely flexible with our check in and out times and always checked on us and how we were doing. This is going to be my new spot when we come to Oahu!! Highly recommend this place!! A++++++

Exactly what is says in the ad. Good location, clean and comfortable. Great communication with the owners/managers and they were swift to respond to questions and requests. Would recommend as a place to stay on a budget in Honolulu.

I will never rent another property from them again! The location of the property is central and it's easy to get around. There are plenty of restaurants located within walking distance of the property. Communication with the host was easy and so was the check in process. Parking is an issue. You can not park in front of the property and we usually had to park 2-3 blocks away. One of my guess parked in front of the property while we went on a day trip to Northshore and the owner called the wrecker service and towed the car away. They should have given us a few hours to get back and and moved the car. I completely understand they parked in a no parking area but a gentle reminder not to park there again would have been sufficient. The car being parked in front of the property did not prevent other tenants from getting in and out of the property. A day meant for fun turned into a scavenger hunt because it was not easy to locate their car. The A/C units are outdated especially the one in the living room. When the A/C comes on it makes this loud obnoxious sound. It sounds like a leaf blower is going off. I could not sleep the first night due to the A/C. Eventually I turned it off and had it on fan. We forgot to turn all the A/C unit off when we left for the day and when we came back the owner turned the electrical breaker off. There wasn't any electricity to the entire house. The refrigerator was also turned off and some of our food was not edible when we got back. No where on the house rules did it say to turn off the a/c when we leave the house. When I contacted the host asking why there's no electricity to the house his response was the a/c must have tripped the breaker. He could have given a gentle reminder for us to remember to turn off the a/c instead he lied about the a/c tripping the breaker. I live in Houston for 30 years and we run the a/c 10 months out of the year and I have never seen the a/c unit tripping the breaker even when the heat index is 110 degrees.

I don't want this type of guest to stay on my property as well. They do not follow the house rules at all. It is clearly stated that there is no parking on the property and to not block the gate, but they parked in front of the gate, not in just in front of the property. He was blocking the driveway and parked too close to the neighbors car, so they could not leave. This happened a few days in a row, according to the neighbor. The neighbor could not get out, so that is why we called the tow truck. Why would you think it's ok to block the driveway while you are driving over an hour away and sight seeing all day? Parking is not hard to find and considering you parked in front of the property most nights, I know you are lying about parking 2 to 3 blocks away. We can verify this with the neighbor, who couldn't leave and saw both of their cars blocking the driveway. I also clearly ask that the guests turn off the AC when out of the house. It is a waste of electricity and the house cools down quickly, especially if you turn on all 3 ACs. The circuit breaker did trip because it was a hot day and all 3 ACs were running full blast. They are window units and work fine, no strange noises. Again, not following house rules, leaving AC on while not in the unit for more than 10 hours. This is a big property with several units, which can trip the circuit breaker if it is over loaded. I think he is just upset that he got his car towed for blocking the neighbor and is trying to get back at me. He asked for a gentle reminder, but in the messages I clearly restate all of this. He clearly chose to ignore the rules. It's common sense and common courtesy, which he clearly does not have. I would not let this guest stay with me again.

This was our first airbnb and we had a great time staying at this place! The unit was very easy to find. We liked how it was close enough to walk to Waikiki but distant enough to relax away from the noise. Chifumi was quick to respond back with answers to questions we had. My party had 5 people total, all relatives, and we are used to living close to each other. The two shared showers worked great when we were rinsing off from the beach. The newly remodeled kitchen had all updated appliances and beautiful granite countertops. Living room air conditioner was a bit noisy when it got under 73 degrees but we hardly used it. There's a little dog that barks briefly in the morning but we didn't mind since we're pet owners too. I'm definitely grateful chifumi let us check in early and check out late according to our flight schedules! We'll definitely stay here next time we're in Hawaii.
