AMAZING location! Short walk to the University of Florida. Historic home harmonized with contemporary & comfortable interiors.
Respect our space and neighbors
We came to Elizabeth seeking shelter from hurricane Irma after deliberating amongst many places; we are more than glad that we decided to stay in her lovely home! She and her family were more than accommodating and paid attention to every little detail. Everything was clean, the home was very well decorated and had everything we needed including plenty of dishes, utensils, sheets and even board games. We highly recommended Elizabeth's place for anyone looking to enjoy Gainesville for all it has to offer (excluding hurricanes)!
We booked Elizabeth's place last minute to evacuate hurricane Irma. She was understanding and incredibly accommodating. She left snacks for our kids and her home was immaculate! The location was central to everything we needed. It was a quick trip but we would have loved to stay longer and will def stay again the next time we come to Gainesville...hopefully not escaping a hurricane ;)
What a wonderful listing and host! Elizabeth's home is clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, and in close proximity to local bars and restaurants in Gainesville. Her listing also offered a wide range of amenities that made us feel right at home (e.g., bath products, coffee, wifi, TV, guidebook). Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with and offered first-rate hospitality. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town. Thank you, Elizabeth!
The house is so much better in person than in pictures! Having lived in Gainesville for several years this is a prime spot for Gainesville trips of all kinds. The house is very spacious and clean. It is very noticeable that the house is well taken care of and Elizabeth takes pride in making your experience a great one. Highly recommended! Oh and Go Gators!
Elizabeth is a fabulous, responsive host! She was in communication with me consistently and made this process very easy. This property was exactly as described and the decor was so modern and hip. We were in town for UF graduation and were so close to the university - it was so convenient. Also close to grocery and shopping. This neighborhood was beautiful and I enjoyed walking to Mi Apa for coffee in the morning.
